    IPELC is a state-certified, multi-cultural infant, toddler and preschool program. We accept children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Irving Park Early Learning Center uses the Creative Curriculum® for your child's educational enhancement. The Creative Curriculum® offers choices, encourages flexibility, and provides direction on how to reach goals and objectives.
