            The staff and the night manager are extremely rude! They close when they want too and talk to people as if they are nothing! Someone really should do a undercover customer visit at night to witness the madness that goes on in there

            Ive been to the location about 3 times and this will be my last. The employees are rude from the time you come in and act like youre disturbing them when you ask something- theyre just on their phones. The employees are racist - I over heard them saying racial slurs to a Hispanic couple. Poor customer service at this location. One of the reasons why I would come here was because my 2 year old would be able to play in the small kid section but today we were told he couldnt play in there anymore. Its only for babies and toddlers who still wear a diaper. Hes only 2 years old. Come on now. The place needs some serious cleaning. The dust ***** everywhere are out of control and everything looks very dirty. There are several complaints on the website and nothing is being done about it.
