            I spoke with *****, business owner on March 12, 2022. On this day, we scheduled cleaning services for March 18th, and I paid a $50 security deposit. On March 18, ***** contacted me to ask if we could reschedule service, as she had an extenuating circumstance. She offered a discount for the inconvenience. I agreed to the reschedule, but the date was not set during this conversation. I reached out a month later, checking to see if we would be able to reschedule service. We were unable to find a date that worked for both of us. Months have passed by and I haven't heard anything from *****. I have asked multiple times that she refund my $50 security deposit, which has not been done. I would simply like my money back, as service was not provided, even after attempts to reschedule. Thank you.

            required a booking fee that I paid and have canceled twice, I have been unable to reach them. and no one has called to give me a reason for not providing the services after booking
