I spoke with *****, business owner on March 12, 2022. On this day, we scheduled cleaning services for March 18th, and I paid a $50 security deposit. On March 18, ***** contacted me to ask if we could reschedule service, as she had an extenuating circumstance. She offered a discount for the inconvenience. I agreed to the reschedule, but the date was not set during this conversation. I reached out a month later, checking to see if we would be able to reschedule service. We were unable to find a date that worked for both of us. Months have passed by and I haven't heard anything from *****. I have asked multiple times that she refund my $50 security deposit, which has not been done. I would simply like my money back, as service was not provided, even after attempts to reschedule. Hello! I paid deposit for cleaning service on 3/24. Service was rescheduled by service provider and canceled less than an hour before on date of service. Ive reached out to service all day to request my deposit. Service provider claims she is having trouble. However, my zelle requests are successfully submitted per bank. Also, seller showed a screenshot of my request but neglects told send my refund.
