            I am very upset with the business and their careless disregard for patients. Yes, seeking cosmetic dermatology could be considered a vain pursuit , but that does not mean we are not worthy of proper care or respect. I made an appointment for CO2 treatment several months ago. I had to take time off work and cannot alter those arrangements. Although the machine had been broken weeks prior, nobody informed me until I was literally sitting on the table. I decided to take it in stride and use my IPL package purchased in 2022. I was *********** was expired and nothing could be done about it. The very least the practice could have done was to honor the package or refund my money since they had effectively cost me my time and money away from work by failing to notify me of an equipment issue. They called the day before and reminded me to be early for my appointment, which I was. I am extremely upset and expressed that to the office manager who was surprisingly indifferent. I will not be giving away any more of my money to this office.
