I saw this on IG and thought it was a good cause, so I purchased a hoodie for 50 dollars. The hoodie arrived, I took it out of the package and tried it on. I immediately took it off and folded it and placed it back in the bag. The hoodie itself was very cheaply made. I didnt like the fit or feel and I didnt think it was worth the price. I requested a return label and sent it back for a full refund. I just received the hoodie again. I do not want, nor will I ever wear this hoodie. They claimed it appeared to have pet hair on it. I happen to have a dog and cat so its entirely possible that there may have been. But not at all to the degree that I should not get my money back. There may have also been a hair or two of mine because my hair is very long. As I said, I tried the hoodie on. Just simply did not like it. Please help me get my money back. Hello, I would be happy to respond to this claim. According to our return/exchange policy, to qualify for a return or exchange, the request must be made within 14 days of delivery and the garment or piece must not have been worn, washed, and in like-new condition. This is explicitly stated on our website and was reiterated to the customer once again when she originally requested a return. I have also pasted the exchange policy from our website below.
We are now excited to offer free domestic returns and exchanges!
In order to qualify for a return or exchange, we do require you to make the request within 14 days of delivery and the garment or piece must not have been worn, washed, and in like-new condition.
Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The customer made the return request on 1/20/22, and we were able to email her a return label that very same day (even though she claimed we did not send it to her we have evidence that we did).
When we finally received the piece on 3/12/22, as soon as I opened the package the piece smelled of pet odor and was covered all over in pet hair. I sent the customer a picture of the issue as soon as I opened the bag and kindly explained to them why the piece was not considered in like-new condition and was ineligible for return. I even sent the piece back to the customer at no additional charge.
We went over the policy several times with the customer, and I explained to her that in the condition we received the garment in it is considered to be damaged and therefore ineligible for return.

I am rejecting this response because:FIRST OF ALL, while I do have a dog and cat, Im far from what they are saying. Id like to send the sweatshirt to anyone who wants it. Smell for yourself. I want my money back. And thats PERIOD, POINTBLANK. I sent them 50 dollars in a good fair gesture. I received a 5 dollar Sweatshirt with a logo stitched on the front. FURTHERMORE, I feel like they misrepresented the quality of the merchandise through ads depicting satisfied buyers. Id like my money back. Ill be happy to bring this sweatshirt to court with me, as is. Thank you for your assistance. Best Regards-

Firstly, I would like to state that if you were not happy with the hoodie that is completely understandable but I would like to clarify we do not use "$5" hoodies as you are claiming. Our quality is in line with other sellers at the price point, if not better. And we have thousands of verified reviews, and pictures from satisfied customers so for you to claim we are misrepresenting that is completely false.
Although everything I stated in the original response is 100% true and factual as the evidence I provided shows, we can settle this issue and provide you with a full refund *******. Please let me know if this works for you and you accept the resolution.
