Im paying for prime but not receiving it. I dont care about Prime Video or prime music. Also we have a subscription for the two day shipment. None of my orders are coming today. No I will not provide you with order numbers you can do that research yourself. *** already called him about this and had a measly five dollar credit given to my account. And now Ive just received two emails that youve back order two more my items. This is unacceptable. I want a full refund of my prime subscription. And I may consider re-upping it next year.Initial Complaint

I have an Amazon account and the account email is ************************ When I tried to log into the account, it needs verification by telephone, but the mobile phone associated with the account was no longer active. Please be advised that i have been a Amazon.com Prime member for 15 years.I spend over $5000. a year in purchases for my family.I recently purchased 40 pound bag of cat litter which is delivered on the 25 of each month.Instructions on my account states to leave all packages at garage.When i returned home 3 *************************************************** the rain for hours.I emailed Amazon of the issue and 2 days latter they closed my account and Prime membership after billing me $14.I also have prime **** where i purchased 4 K set top boxs which are now inoperable.I am a disabled veteran with no **** signal.Amazon informed me i had too many returns.This is not true ,i had no returns in 6 months.I was charged $319.00 for the **** boxs that they shut off and $110.00 for the cat litter which in now wet and unuseable.All i ask is an appeal to reopen my Prime account which is billed to my C.C. each month.Customer response

Dear BBB: Please be advised that this resolved email was sent to you in error. I made one last attempt to resolve my problem. The merchant has not resolved my issue. Amazon has locked me out of my account the problem was solved on December 21 at 10:30 AM discover card company 3Y called AMAZON and myself and gave them the confirmation number Amazon has still locked me out of my account has stopped my Amazon prime which I paid for a year in advance and stop my Alexa ********* they tell me I have to wait another 48 hours and they wont speed up the process
