I was a high-achieving student who attended the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in September 2021. I completed all my courses, and there was an internship that was supposed to be done by the end of 2024, but they wrongfully and based on discrimination, dismissed me. Then, the school took their side and treated me very harshly in every aspect, including their communication and behaviors, which were extremely brutal, discriminative, and inappropriate. I responded to them and asked them to behave fairly to me. They dismissed me afterwards. I need the school to accept me back to the university to finish my studies and graduate eventually or financially compensate me for all the damages.

Deceptive advertising: I registered for summer 1 course in Applied Behavior Analysis certification. the course is online only. The Chicago School of Psychology platform promised to provide canvas and webcam accessible to enable me a successfully completing my online course work. The majority of quiz were at this platform that I couldn't access. From day one the webcam never uploaded several complaints to the IT support and professors all knew. The professor assured me that they can't fail me because the problem is from their end. The IT support team only respond to my complaint with generic information during this time until the semester was over. Because of this I was not able to complete the course so I dropped the course. I requested from the school to send back the rest of graduate plus loan that covered my fees and expense. now the school financial department is asking me to pay for service that they failed to provide. Please help me where can I report this high price fees and university which does not provide service.

When I was in the initial process of getting into the school I was told that I will be graduating with a license and would be receiving help in signing up with the *** for my licensure. Once I got into the school I had the unfortunate experience of going into the classroom with most of my professors zooming in. Most of my cohort had to commute long to not be seated in a classroom staring at a computer screen. When this was brought up into the department chair, *****************************, she would disregard our comments and stated we have to be in class otherwise it was marked absent. She was so strict into this she did not allow students to zoom into class the way the professors do if there was an emergency. One of my classmates was in the ** due to a motorcycle accident and in order to not hurt his grade he zoomed into the class. Once ******** heard about this she forced his professors to mark him absent making him fail one class and needing to retake it. She was also unfair to the professors. In my first semester I had a pregnant professor who refused to go into the classroom because she did not want to be exposed to COVID. This professor would often disregard ******** rules to put the student's first. ******** essentially told her if she does not go in person she would be fired - most of the professors are zooming in and they did not have the same threats. ******** was forced to step down from her position but she is still working in the school. No one has replaced her and comes the current issue where we are in the brisk of graduating with no license which we were promised and no guidance on how to sign up in the ***. The point of contact now is *********************** who works in Chicago for the school but when we go to her for any questions or concerns she will not reply back to our emails or direct us to someone else who also does not get back to us. I paid over 70k for this degree and help with licensure and unfortunately my cohort has not had a good experience with either.

10.13.22, I had a lot going on: upcoming surgery, an ill father, being wrongfully evicted, a custody dispute, and starting a new job; so, starting a Doctoral program wasn't part of the original plan. However, after speaking with an Admissions Counselor -************************************, she "hurriedly motivated" me to complete the admissions items/process; it was Thursday(10.13.22) when I learned about the program and she told me the deadline was Friday (10.14.22) because the First Fall Term started Monday (10.17.22) and it was sudden. Then, I had fallen and injured my left side, and my father had been admitted into the hospital for the 5th time since summer and diagnosed with congestive heart failure-I communicated, now it was a push to start the 2nd Fall Term. Long story short, with accommodations for anxiety I was not going to be able to do it and I, communicated this to *******, and "besides (***********************, Financial Advisor) still saying my financial aid wasn't approved." So, I made the decision to withdraw-Now, I'm just now receiving/seeing different information: an email sent Jan. 25, 2023, stating I withdrew Dec. 18, 2022, and $5,071 has been returned to ***** of ********** I figured the date was pushed out to justify keeping the other portion and billing a balance. As mentioned, I was granted accommodations due to my anxiety which allowed me a week longer to complete certain assignments, but I realized by the 2nd week I was not going to be able to carry the load and I did not attend through Dec. 18, 2022; I informed ******* and withdrew from classes. Therefore, the other $5071 should not have been kept and I shouldn't have a balance. Just last week, I received the tax form ****-T showing that $10,142.00 had been paid for "Payments received for qualified tuition and related expenses; the Ledger Card showing the amounts received and an actual balance; and a letter dated (2.7.2023) stating my withdrawal paperwork has been fully processed and approved(all attached).

I enrolled in the Chicago School of Psychology August 24 for the Fall I Term yet I disenrolled from the Mental Health Counseling after the terms was complete. I enrolled in a new program yet immediately knew it did not resonate with me and I withdrew the first week of class. They did not accept the form until the Admissions counselor asked me why and I told her that I could no longer continue the program and she had to submit the form for me which deterred the time of one week to two weeks which indicates that I receive 75% of tuition instead of the 100% that I am entitled. I am requesting that I receive the 100% that is owed to me because I did not participate in the class after the third day of class.

Business sold me a degree with the wrong name on it. I contacted them and they told me I confirmed my name which is not on the site at all, this is legal document and they refuse to fix it. I also didn't request the degree, they processed the request without my acknowledgement, left the name incorrectly and now want to charge me 35+ shipping for each degree (I ordered several). This is product entrapment since I need the degree, it's a legal document, but due to their inability to confirm names at purchase, I have to buy it all over again. They refuse to fix it, knowing that I'm forced to pay over 200 dollars to fix their mistake.
