On 1/14/2022 was at downtown ******* **. Was told by this person is given out covid 19 Raip Antigen for free. Given information thru his tablet. The name of the company was Lab Elite-VS ***-DD. Unigue ID QR0000011981 time11.42am. Then when later went to post office web site to order covid 19 test for home delivery. Say that kit was mail to this address. I have not order from government web site. Now this company has my information. And it a spam.Was this to stop has to now go get credit free.Business response

Wanted to update you on this matter. Miss ********* had originally filled out the ** Code to take the rapid test. That information goes directly into our LIS , which follows all HIPAA and PHI rules. I personally just called Miss ********* to notify that we have cancelled her report and it will not be billed to her insurance or the **** program. I do not see anything that our collection partner did that is wrong here. There must be a misunderstanding. She was not charged anything on site. She was fully aware of the services she received. Please help us close this matter fairly.

I am rejecting this response because:They have my social security number. And is base out of ******* not *******. Then upset when I went to order rapid test kit from government thru the post office. It say l had order kit . When I have not. Had to freeze my account. .I am still upset that my information is out their. They say it was cancelled but they have my information and why can I not order test.

I went to get Covid tested along with someone else who got a positive report. On Dec 29th After I called I did not receive my results via email like my friend. On Jan 3 I received a text that I tested negative and so did my friend who has a positive report on email. I never received my lab report although I have been requesting this via email. On my friends report it said this was received at past 8 am. Except the lab opened late they received our test after 10:30 they arrived at the facility at 9:45 am although this was to open at 9. The facility is clearly stealing money and giving false results. I believe they threw away my testing because they were mad at my questioning I stood in line since 7:15 am my friend was sick we were there for three hours. He was extremely sick. After that I had been really sick with not lab report and not sure about my results. Thank you, Please call me at ************. ***********************************Business response

We have spoke to Miss ******** and was able to show her of how we sent the results on the 1st of January, and she was very nice. After speaking to her she sounded very satisfied with the phone call, and we have sent her the results through another email as the first email wasn't working.
