      The creator/owner ************************* sent me a direct message via Instagram October 24, 2023 initially. I responded by admiring his work and acknowledging I would like to have a custom varsity jacket. He was advertised jackets for $300 but told me due to the material, wool would start at $400.00. I cash app $400.00. He then asked for an additional $150.00 due to the design which is not as elaborated as the jackets he posts daily. We worked on ideas and I was advised the turn around time would be 3 weeks... understanding I needed the jacket for my birthday in November he said it would not be a problem. I only received one invoice for the $400.00 and nothing for the additional $150.00. I have asked for a refund and was told no. I still have not received the merchandise I paid for only a canned response that orders are backed up.

      I placed An order submitted over Zelle. Received an invoice and never received my item. After almost 4 months of correspondence, *************************** did not refund my money and did not provide my item. He was to provide me $250 dollars.

      I ordered 4 jackets on 12/26/20. Only received 2 of them 2 months later and never received the remaining 2 jackets which where the black panther jacket and the gold Kobe mamba jacket. Been sending numerous emails for over 2 years and always says we're back ordered or now we're back up and running and will get to your jackets asap but never to receive them, I have attached a receipt of the jackets ordered.

      I contacted Chicago Playground to get a custom varsity jacket made. After numerous emails discussing the details of the product, *************************** stated that the jacket would be $500 after confirming the jacket he stated that the jacket would be $700 instead of $500 however I had already sent a $250 deposit. He then responded that he could not start the production until the balance was paid, I then sent him $450 through Zelle. After receiving the full $700 (February 2023) he sent me a mock of the jacket I then noticed that some details was missing. He then responded that it was going to be an additional $50 which was also sent. After a month I hadn't heard or received any update so I contacted him, he then stated that the jacket was in production and would be completed by the end of April, again no one contacted me again, I contacted ******* again which i was told it was a delay, and to give him a week. I gave him two weeks, still no jacket. I asked for a refund and has been getting the run around, he then stated the jacket would be completed by ***, I responded that I did not want it to please issue my refund, he has refused . ALL SUPPORTED DOCUMENTS CAN BE SUBMITTED AT REQUEST

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ******** want a headache I bought a ****** Kobe jacket from their website on December 10th 2022. BEWARE! The owner will keep pushing back the date of your order and you will never receive the product. I wish I would have googled the reviews before hand but I saw that *************************** on sportscenter was saying how great the company is and he was wearing their product on tv. Boy was I wrong about ordering from this company. There is no phone number to this company. I emailed this company on December 13, December 16th and they stated they would ship the jackets around Christmas. I waited. I did not get an email stating my purchase was shipped. I contacted them again on January 2nd and got nothing. I also uploaded the emails that I sent to this company as well. On their website it says items take 3-4 weeks for me customer to receive the product and still have not revised anything and I purchased the jacket on December 10th 2022 Also I found a video on cbs news and they did an investigation on this company and they had two customers on video who complained that they never received their items either. I called my bank so they are working on it for me to get my money back.

      I ordered a Signature Varsity Jacket on September 4, 2022 for $395.00 dollars. Money was taken out of my account and never received my order. Order #***** Sent an email and they responded on September 22, 2022 saying "Yes we have your Chicago jacket in full production. We apologize about the delay. Just had some back orders. But we are back up and set"It is now November 7th 2022 and I have sent multiple emails with no response.       On August 26th in the amount of 100 dollars I order a sweater from this merchant and have been waiting on it ever since. Every time I messaged the merchant, they told me that it was either a problem with production, or they guarantee me that it will be sent out at the top of the week. Here it is over a month and I messaged them and asked them again where's my order and I have yet to hear from them at all. The last message I sent them was the 27th of September and now today October 1st and it was not a nice choice of words. I just want my refund and never deal with the merchant or their business ever again. Of course I can't upload the payment from my bank because it doesn't allow you to screenshot this information.

      I ordered a jacket from this company in 2020. I have still not received my jacket and it is 2022. I messaged business on Instagram plenty of times asking for times and date of when I would get my product. The business owner said that He would get it to me in a few weeks. Almost two years have passed and I still have not gotten anything. I paid $400 upfront because he said that's how he secures his bookings. After complaining to owner multiple times about not getting my shipment he told me he would refund me my $400 dollars, but it never happened. I would like my $400 sent to me. This business is scamming and running an unethical business. Peoples hard earned money is being stolen by this business owner.

      I ordered on May 25 2021 ********************* Hoodie after few weeks and seeing a celebrity get there's before mines. I reach out to them and they gave me the running around. Saying they back up and they were working on my order and I should be receiving soon. Another went by nothing call my bank hoping that they could get my money back. And they couldn't sense I agree to pay that amount. As of today I haven't got my product. And haven't heard from them at all. I'm hoping that BBB. Can help me resolve this situation.

      I paid for orders in May 2021, after not receiving items I ordered in June 2021 I requested a full refund. I received email reply telling me they were overwhelmed in backorders and my orders will be coming soon. I accepted the response and asked to be kept up to date concerning my order. In July I get another email apologizing about delay but assured me my items will be coming soon. Another email arrive saying one of my items has been shipped so I waited for it to arrive. Needless to say it never arrived. In Aug 2021 I get another email saying that my items will ship soon but they needed to verify my address. I then replied I am no longer interested in the items and again requested that my Funds be returned to my Account.I have not received any reply or anymore emails.I emailed Rah at chicagoplayground today Sept. 17,2021 stating again my dissatisfaction with the way they have conducted themselves and I have again requested All my funds be returned to my Credit Card it was taken from.
