      I retained their services about 5 years ago to deal with credit card debt. They were to make the final payment to the creditor in January 2024, but for reasons they haven't explained, they failed to make the December payment even though funds were there to do so. They made a payment in January, but since they skipped December, 1 payment remains to be paid. I have called them repeatedly for months, begging them to make the final payment. They have assured me they will take care of it, but to date, they have failed to do so. They stated the issue is in the hands of their negotiations team and they have no way of contacting that team. All my attempts to escalate the issue have failed. Promises to call me back are not kept. No reasonable explanation for the delay has been provided. They simply encourage me to be patient. This matter should have been resolved in January. It is now nearing the end of May.

      I signed up in february twenty twenty. They told me it would take forty eight months to finish my best. They have paid ****** and I still have 2 credit cards not settled. They wanna keep overdrafting my account. They do not stay in contact with me about any settlements. I have to do the leg work all myself. I have paid them $32000 so far. And they want me to keep paying until November 2024. Is it maybe one play hand it? Tell me it's time.

      I started this debt relief program on 9/13/2019 - they took their fees first for the full program to settle my debt on 2/2024 they said that they are closing my account due to the fact they do not have attorney in ********. I have lived in ******** since 2022 and never discussed this over a year's while living in this state but continued to take their fees and my monthly payment each month. Now I have a creditor that is trying to *** me over this debt that they had over 5 years to reach an agreement. This creditor said that Monarch Legal Group never contacted them to discuss this debt. I should get the full fees since they did not fulfil their agreement. I should have researched them on the BBB before agreeing to have them handle my debt. This company is not a creditable company should be shut down due to their dishonesty. It's not ethical to take money and not do what they were paid to do. It's completely wrong and they should not be doing business. I want at my fees back since they did not fulfill their agreement with me. They closed my account, and I was not able to get the information off the website to see what creditors have not been paid thus far. This is what shading business do, to escape their responsibility, close your account, so you can see what THEY HAVE NOT BEEN DOING - EXCEPT TAKE YOUR MONEY EACH MONTH. This company should be held accountable for not doing what they said they would do. I want my fees refunded they did not earn this or do any work on my account to justify this amount of money that was taken from me.

      I enrolled in this program in July of ***************************************************************** 48 months. I terminated my relationship with Monarch at the end of February this year, having paid over $47k to Monarch which is more than I owed to all of my debt collectors in 2019 while still having three unsettled debts. My credit score dropped over 200 pts after I enrolled. I was told there would be a drop but never did I expect one off a cliff like that. I was also told that the $2,900 I had in my escrow account would be returned to me within 30 days of closing the account and "graduating" from he program. I have called many times asking for this and explaining I am getting notices of non payments and have been told they are simply far behind in paperwork.

      I contracted with this law firm to resolve credit/debt issues. I have been paying them $578 a month since September of 2022. There are now two pending lawsuits against me from two of the creditors Monarch is supposed to be working with.I have attempted to call their legal tesm many times and have been put on hold for over an hour each time. I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I have sent emails to them asking someone to call me. No one ever does.A random lawyer contacted me via email, did not identify himself as working for Monarch. He asked me to complete a form providing my income information.This is all very sketchy. Not sure what is happening with my case, what is happening with the creditors that are now suing me and no one at Monarch will talk to me.Please help!

      A few years ago I contacted Monarch Legal Group, trying to find relief and a way to negotiate my debt so I could pay it in 2 years.A few days ago I asked Monarch to give me a statement so I can verify how much money they are putting towards my debt since I feel I should be done by now. I was given the run around and now suddenly they are hurrying me to sign a new agreement. This people are terrible! Beware!

      Monarch Legal Group failed to make a payment once again for my Chase Credit Card on 12/22/2024. I waited for almost 3 months and nothing is being done. I spoke with ****** on ********************* to authorize the payment and being done ASAP since I have enough funds on my account before the creditor refuses to take the payment and jeopardize my settlement, but she told me I had to wait a month to resolve an issue that was caused by the inefficiency of the company. I refused to wait a month and demanded to be done ASAP since that kind of issue put me in a bad situation and I ended up paying more money from my pocket and ****** hanged up on me.

      Have paid over last 4+years. Was supposed to end 3-4 months ago. Kept taking money from my account. Got a refund of $180.00 2 weeks ago and now they took $577.00 out today. They have paid several small accounts and left 3 large accounts untouched. Im starting to get worried. No one responds to my emails. Everyone I talk to is different all the time and tells me they will fix the issues. This never happens.

      I enrolled in the program 4 yrs ago, wherein I was told by the sales agent that all my debts would be settled and based on the amount of debt enrolled, a monthly amount would need to be paid. They would be responsible for negotiations and litigation assistance.It's been 4 yrs and the only thing I have accumulated is more stress. They did not represent me in court, they have fraudulently advertised their program. I have paid close to $9000 as their fees and no services were provided. I could have done a better job in the negotiations have I done it myself. My bank accounts were frozen due to a court judgment and I was left with $0 to support my family and even after running after them for 20 days, they still continue with the response "We are escalating ur case to higher management". They are playing with the lives of families pushing them to live on the streets. Till date of this complaint, I have not received any information and they say that ue to technical glitch they are not able to connect with their attorneys and that I would to bear the brunt of the same. They do not respond to court summons and do not represent in court even after having a retainer agreement signed.

      The last debt settlement was supposed to be in November of 2023. When I called because this didnt happen, I was given a settlement date in December 2023. The debt still isnt in repayment and no further information has been able to be given on the status of this debt and why it isnt in repayment.
