      i started paying for a debt consolidation through Turnbull , $500/month since 2020 . I received an email from one their attorney's ( ***************************** ) to contact her . I did , she said my debt was successfully paid off . I was so happy . She verified to me no more money would be withdrawn . Having become a recent widow , this was good news . The next month , $500 was withdrawn from my account . I contacted ********************** , they said I have 3 more months of payment .

We were able to reach **** by phone on August 1, 2024, and talk through the remaining actions needed to complete the program file. Additionally, we processed the $500 that was of concern back to the account on file. We certainly had no intention of adding to the stress of such a difficult season.       I have tried dozen of times to get in contact with the attorney ******************* (Attorney for Turnbull Law Group) who is handling my upgrade account as well as customer service at **********************. No one has called me back and this issue has been going on since April. The last time I heard from ******************* was back in April and he had reached a stipulation of settlement with the other attorney firm ( **************** regarding my Upgrade account. He sent me an email to sign and return the document to him so he can process it to the courts. I did send it back to him and after that I have not heard anything. So I don't even now if he actually sent it to the courts to be processed as I can't get ahold of him but if he did I would assume I would get a copy of that. I kept on calling Turnbull Law Group regarding this matter and they kept transferring me to another **** and that **** kept saying I would get a call back within 3- 5 business days. I uploaded the document to show them that there is an agreement that has been made and payment was to start on May 1st and as of today no payments are being sent to the other Attorney Firm. When I did speak to a customer service person at ********************** they said that the form needs to be sent from *******************. I then called the other attorney firm and they even reached out to Turnbull Law Group and have not received a call back either. I am afraid that the other Law Firm will garnish my wages and I have over $2,000 sitting in my account with **********************. I need to have Turnbull start sending the $200 per month agreement immediately. I thought this debt consolidation program would help me - This is only making matters worse. Never a call back but yet same speech- Someone will call you back 3- 5 business days.

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to *********************************** concerns. We were able to speak to ******** on July 18, 2024, after receiving an update from her attorney with Turnbull Law Group.

      A review of Kathleens file shows that ******** sent over the court pages at the time they were received in October of 2023. A Turnbull attorney was assigned to address the matter, and by April of 2024 an agreement was reached with Upgrades counsel, ******** &****. The process for that jurisdiction is for ******** to sign the agreement,then Tenaglias representative would sign, and file with the court. ******** signed and returned in a timely manner, but our records do not show on what date the opposing counsel filed their signed copy.

      Our records do indicate that the account is current per the agreed-upon payment at this date, with proof of payment on file as of July 17, 2024. We encourage ********************************* to reach out to the point of contact with any additional questions.

      I have been with Turnbull for 21 months, in that time period I have received 2 levys and a wage garnishment from creditors within my program. Upon submitted the legal documents to Turnbull I never received a call back and therefore have now had money taken from my accounts. The attorneys almost never get back to you in a timely manner and they dont seem to care that you, the client, are suffering due to their incompetence. To give a word of warning for any considering their program, I hope you have back up legal counsel- youre going to need it.

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to *********************** concerns. We have attempted to reach ******** by email and by phone. ******** enrolled in the Turnbull Law Group program for debt settlement on September 2, 2022, with $27,572.00 across thirteen accounts. During enrollment, eight of the accounts were negotiated and payments were made to the creditors out of the funds deposited in the dedicated account.  

      A review of ********* file shows that at the time of service, the legal pages were uploaded as requested. The attorney assigned to represent the file sent a detailed message to the email address on file on February 26, 2024, outlining the next steps for the litigation process and asking ******** to confirm receipt. At the time the two court summons were received, ********* debt settlement program had five ongoing settlements receiving payments, and supplemental funding would have been needed to negotiate with the accounts listed in the court documents. These details are outlined in the email from the attorney. No additional pages were received from ******** regarding any judgment action on either account.

      Have been paying them $524 a month for 5 years to settle 13 debts the total of the debts were around $15000 which I have more then paid,every time they negotiated with one of my creditors they took the amount they said I saved as their fee now they turn me over to a loan company to pay off the rest of my bills that they negotiated a settlement for,so in the end I am paying almostv$30000,for $15000of debts

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to ************************** concerns. We have attempted to reach ******** by email and by phone. ******** enrolled in Turnbull Law Groups debt relief program on September 1, 2022, with ten accounts enrolled. During the months enrolled in the program, there were three more accounts added to the program, with a total enrolled debt amount of $15,531.00. Before ******** applied for and accepted the Acceleration Loan, ten of the thirteen enrolled accounts were already settled and in a repayment plan. Fees for these settlements do not change based on the amount of the settlement, but remain at 27% of the balance at enrollment, as outlined in Patricias Agreement, signed upon enrollment.

      Achieve Accelerated Loans is a vetted loan program that can assist some clients to complete their debt relief program more quickly. This is not connected with, nor required by, Turnbull Law Group.Participation in the loan is strictly voluntary and will only affect the outcome of the Turnbull program, as it provides funding to settle a clients accounts more quickly. Any concerns about the loan terms should be addressed with the loan company directly.

      This company was supposed to negotiate and reduce my credit card debt. In several months they have reduced one debt and paid them only $150. They have only paid them $50 a month and paid themselves $3954. As of yesterday, I had a balance of $503 left in my designated account, which I requested as I was canceling my service with them. I was told I would not get that back because that is for them working to reduce my debt. It is no way that their fee to negotiate one account should total $3954. I am requesting my funds be returned to me because there are obviously some fraudulent charges going on with this company. I am sure I am not the only one that this has happened too,

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to ************* concerns. We were able to contact *** by phone on May 31, 2024. *** enrolled with Turnbull Law Group on January 4, 2024, and requested to terminate the account on May 28, 2024. During that time, we obtained a 48% settlement on the ************ loan, which was approved by *** on February 6, 2024.  ************ had a beginning balance of $16,219.00 and was settled for $7,880.00, to be paid over 24 months, and the 27% fee totaling $4,379.13, split into five payments.

      We would like to clarify, that Turnbull Law Group, LLC will only collect a 27% settlement fee once we obtain a settlement, the client approves the settlement, and the first payment is made to the creditor. No additional fees were collected by Turnbull Law Group beyond those outlined in the agreement signed by the client on January 4, 2024. An accounting of all funds is available by requesting a ledger.

      Furthermore, during our conversation on May 31, 2024, *** provided us with feedback and suggestions for how to improve our process. We would like to thank *** for her feedback, as we always strive to get better. We encourage *** to reach out to her point of contact, should there be any additional questions or concerns.

      Turbulence law stated to me that -We did not collect any upfront fees and any fees we did collect were for debt settlement services already provided. When I asked for a statement turbull law settled two accounts for a total of 8.492.40 dollars and took ******** in settlement fees besides a total of ****** fees for monthly service which they never said they would take and total of 300 dollars in velocity investment which I have no idea what that was for I cant understand how they can take ***** in settlement fees we they only solve two accounts for ******* I believe this company needs to be investigated I joined the firm to get out of debt it get ripped off.. I believe they took ***** dollars that belong to me and thats giving them 8492 for settlement of two accounts

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to ************************* concerns. We were able to make contact with ******** on June 3, 2024 and discuss his mentioned concerns. ******************************* enrolled twelve accounts with ********************** for debt settlement on May 10, 2024, and closed his file on April 29, 2024. During that time, Turnbull Law Group was able to negotiate three of the enrolled debts for less than half of the balance owed. First ************* of ***** card was enrolled at a balance of $8,174.00, we negotiated a payoff of $5,503.00 payable in three payments, and a 27% fee was collected of $2,206.98. The Upstart loan was enrolled at a balance of $27,159.00, was settled for $12,864.10. We made six of the scheduled 24 payments on behalf of the client, and collected a fee of $7,332.93, which is 27% of the balance at enrollment. The third account that was negotiated by Turnbull Law Group was an Upgrade loan with enrolled balance of $33,886.00. A settlement of $17,289.15 was negotiated and five of the scheduled 24 payments were made while ******** was still enrolled. A 27% fee was collected of $9,149.22 and was broken into installments to be collected as payments were made to the agreement that was negotiated. If a client terminates their services prior to a settlement agreement being completed, settlement fees owed to Turnbull Law Group will be collected from the available balance in the dedicated account. This is stated in agreement and it is also disclosed during the termination phone call when termination is requested.

      An accounting of all funds is available by requesting a ledger and ******** confirmed during the conversation on June 3rd that he did receive an account ledger.

      In September 2022, I called Turnbull Law Group because I received a prequalification for a loan in the mail. Upon calling them, they informed me that I wasn't eligible for a loan, but they have a debt consolidation program. At this time, the agent walked me through the process and let me know that they would take out $352/ month and put it into an account. They would work with my creditors and come to an agreement to settle my debts. They assured me I would never have to pay more than that and they would handle any legal problems. They also knew that I was on disability and on a fixed income. I stayed with them for a year trusting them to do what they said they were going to do. In October 2023, I decided to leave the program because I wasn't able to pay my other bills. It wasn't until I requested an itemized statement, that I realized they didn't settle any debts in the time I was with them and only refunded me $9.95. They received $4000 in a year and I have no settled debts to show for it. They have put me in a worst spot than I was before. I had sheriffs knocking on my door summoning me for debt collections. My credit is ruined and I have no access to any of my credit cards. All my money that they took was used for their own selfish purposes. They prey on people that are financially struggling and it is so wrong.

We have attempted to reach **** by phone on May 21, 2024.While Turnbull Law Group does not provide loans, Asias file does reflect that her contact information was sent to our debt relief team by a loan company. A review of the Enrollment Agreement signed on September 28, 2022 shows that Asia enrolled nine accounts in our Debt Relief program, with a total of $16,409.00 in debt.  Before Asia closed her file on October 30, 2023, Turnbull Law Group settled four of the enrolled accounts.

      The first settlement that was authorized by Asia was for the Republic Finance, for a settlement of $4,352.00. We collected a settlement fee of $1,544.40 in five installments, while making the scheduled payments to the creditor, totaling $1,450.70. The settlement amount was scheduled to be paid in thirty (30) payments of which we made ten before Asia closed her file.

      The other three settlements were as follows:******* Bank agreed to a settlement of $829.00 and the fee to Turnbull Law Group was collected in four installments totaling $376.92. We were able to make six of the eighteen scheduled payments, $261.45. The Credit ******** agreed to accept $489.25, of which we paid three of the twelve scheduled payments and collected a fee of $221.67. The settlement for ************* (******) was for the amount of $466.57. Only two payments were made to the agreement before the file was terminated at the clients request, and part of the fee was collected,in the amount of $114.52.

      Turnbull Law Group, LLC will only collect a 27% settlement fee once we obtain a settlement, the client approves the settlement, and the first payment is made to the creditor. The 27% fee is calculated off the balance of the account at enrollment. No additional fees were collected by Turnbull Law Group beyond those outlined in the agreement signed by the client. An accounting of all funds is available by requesting a ledger. We encourage ***************** to reach out to her point of contact with any additional questions.

      Dont trust them! Youre better off negotiating on your own with the ridiculous fees they charge you. They hardly ever answer their phones. When you call to cancel a payment due to life happening they say they cancel it and then steal money out of your account. Worst company ever, please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

We have reached out to ****** by phone on May 20, 2024.****** enrolled in Turnbull Law Group for debt relief on February 23, 2022,with a total of $43,774.00 across four accounts. During the time of Carmens enrollment, one more account was added for debt relief and two of the original accounts were removed. Once the largest debt was removed from the program, the scheduled deposit amount was lowered.

      Settlements are negotiated based on consistent deposits to the dedicated account. If a client makes changes to the date or to the amount of a deposit, this change can negatively impact Turnbulls ability to make payments towards the agreement negotiated with a creditor, causing a settlement to become null & void. When a settlement voided, a new settlement needs to be negotiated. Since several changes were requested by ****** during her enrollment, the attorney expressed concerns about the deferral requested by ****** for the deposit scheduled for May 17, 2024.

      The settlement with Best Egg was negotiated to the amount of $3,705.00, which was paid in 24 payments and the fee collected was for $1,776.33 The settlement with Net Credit was originally negotiated for the amount of $1,785.32, payable in twelve payments. Turnbull made eight of the payments totaling $1,184.00 and a fee was collected of $1,162.08. After a deposit change caused the original settlement to become null & void, Turnbull Law Group negotiated the account three more times and $1,556.58 was paid to Net Credit through those agreements, but no additional fees were collected.

      After dealing with this debt consolidation company called turnbull Law Group for 13 months I realize that only a small portion of my payments were going into an account to settle my debts. The rest Were being taken by the company for very high attorney fees, and such. When I realize this, I close the account and they immediately found a way after I close the account to use up all of the monies that I had in my account in fees for work they have not even done.

      Thank you for the opportunity to address ************************* concerns. We were able to speak with ******* and his wife on May 8,2024. After a review of the file, as well as the conversation during the call requesting to close the file, Turnbull Law Group has chosen to return the fees collected at termination. This check will be issued in the next 7-10 days, and mailed to the confirmed address on file.

      No fees were collected beyond those outlined in the Enrollment Agreement signed on March 30, 2023, at the time of enrollment. Turnbull Law Group, LLC will only collect a 27% settlement fee once we obtain a settlement, the client approves the settlement, and the first payment is made to the creditor. No additional fees were collected by Turnbull Law Group beyond those outlined in the agreement signed by the client.An accounting of all funds is available by requesting a ledger, which was provided to ******* on May 8, 2024.

      During their enrollment with Turnbull Law Group for debt settlement, five of the enrolled accounts were settled,settlements authorized and at least first payment made to each settlement. Only one settlement was paid to completion, as the file was terminated at the clients request before all payments could be made to the settlements.

      I am rejecting this response because: Im not satisfied because we spoke to ******************* from Turnbull law group who stated that we would be sent a check in seven days on May 8 and we have yet to receive any funds or checks from this firm as of today. We spoke with a gentleman name **** in resolution today who stated that that resolution team is still in processing yet we dont know whats going on because we cannot get anybody from resolution to return our calls. **** could not provide any further information about the check. We feel that they are still dragging their feet and will not return any calls to let the check number and the date it was mailed. I feel this company has lied to us again.

      I am paying the the law firm to negotiate settlements to my creditors. Two of the creditors are suing me. I advised the attorney that is handling the my case *********************, that I want to settle with what both creditors want, because I do not want to be garnished. He answered me back and asked if I want to settle we can.I responded back on April 7th, since then, I have heard nothing. I have tried to get a response from him numerous times since then, still nothing. I do not want to be garnished and I just want this issue resolved. I'm paying them $374 per month to help me resolve my debt.
