I have been through the experience of having 9 teeth removed, the entire procedure to prepare for, and receive a full upper plate, including the necessary adjustments for a proper and comfortable fit. My new teeth are stunning and comfortable. We are now moving on to lower teeth replacement. I'm looking forward to the procedure, as what I experienced with the uppers proved to be most fruitful. Everyone I dealt with from when I first walked in the front door to all of those who took care of me throughout the were personable and warm. My dentist whom I call "Dr. ******* took care of the extractions like a pro. I have had dentists, in the past, refer me to surgeons, as my roots are tough to deal with. She handled it! I put myself in her hands and have received many compliments on my new teeth. *************************************** is wonderful!!

I went to this place because they were the only one to accept the insurance I had by this time- First, the place is not very clean, and the staff is not really professional, but I went because I have been very self-conscious of my smile as I am missing 2 teeth. The doctor I saw promise me about a partial denture that we could start to work on. I was pretty excited to try, after all. We started to work on this in May 2022. My experience over there for the procedure was not the best, the assistant was unprofessional. I already paid more than $700 and the total partial was a total of about $1000. As I was waiting for a call when the product was finished, it took about 2 months. (And no one called me to let me know the final product was done and ready to try) Anyway, I went there, the dentist I saw left to work in another office, so just that, I saw it was not a great sign. When I saw the partial, it looks like a piece of plastic with 2 small teeth that look like almost a joke from a Halloween costume. Even the new dentist was skeptical. When I tried it on, it was really painful, and I clearly could not talk! Even the dentist was laughing! very unprofessional. He told me that if I cannot wear this, I should request a REFUND!! The time I went to the front desk, the assistants left but only a new person, that seems totally out of knowing what he was doing and told me that he did not know how to proceed a refund and I had to call back the next day to talk to the manager (which was hiding somewhere by the time). I already knew that I might say goodbye to my refund. I called the next day, and the manager was already on her defensive, I really stay calm and never insult or be disrespectful toward the staff. She said that I need to come back in 4 weeks to get a check but said that I won't be fully refund as they needed to pay the laboratory who makes this (terrible) partial. I went 4 weeks later, and they said they won't refund me nothing. This place is a SCAM
