The date of issue started 3/10/2022 my daughter had an ortho appointment at this facility 3/10/2022 to get her braces tightened and and her elastics her appointment was at 10:30 am once my daughter arrived to her appointment at 10:15 am and was only given a pack of elastics never seen ortho doc for braces now my child missed school and her father took off work to bring her and she never seen doc, I called 3/11/2022 to find out why she didn't see doc and to reschedule her deep cleaning and the supervisor was very rude disrespectful and came off very unprofessional, was talking over me, and when I asked to speak with someone over her she kept telling me she was the supervisor the reason for entire conflict was because they kept telling me on the call that the reason she wasn't seen was because the ortho doc left at 12 pm and that my child walked in at 3 pm and kept insisting to me that my child was very late for appointment when she was there on time I didn't understand why she just couldn't be professional and just reschedule but the supervisor insisted on arguing with me and just being rude and unprofessional and this is not the first time i have had and issue with them regarding my daughters braces i am paying $4,000 for her braces and have been treated very disrespectful. The supervisor kept insisting to me that she remember my daughter and that my daughter came in too late to be seen when i know that is a lie and i couldn't understand why the attitude and not just reschedule the supervisor immediately was aggressive the entire situation comes off racist profiling because i also asked can the cameras be played back to show she was mistaken and she was rude calls are not even recorded the entire situation was uncalled for and just unprofessional i do not even feel safe sending my daughter back here this facility was very unprofessional to my family and daughter the entire situation was just uncalled for and unprofessional especially by the supervisor.
