TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN MY NAME IS *******************************. Im filling this dispute because I feel like I treated unfair by All family braces they took my money and wouldn't issue a refund. I began my braces process in 2019 of November. I can't remember the exact date. when I went in for a consultation I was insured by Unite here health care. The same day as my consultation they told me they take half from the insurance and half from me. That was my agreement. once I made a payment my insurance make a payment. They also verified with my insurance. Thats what I can afford. I couldn't afford to pay the whole thing out of pocket. I also stressed that my teeth was having a mental effect on me because I need a dental implant as well. They did the braces and also filled in my missing tooth with a replica. I made several complaints that the replica was rushed and my teeth was very uncomfortable. They tried to fix it but everything was rushed but by this time I was okay, it was better than what I had. 2020 the pandemic came I was laid off from my Job . I couldn't afford the payments. So I missed my appointment cause when I informed them I wasn't able to make a payment they told me payment must be paid in order to be seen. By them being over booked when I miss a payment I wasn't able to get another appointment until like 2 months after. My father agreed to pay my half that was left on my braces. Not for sure what date I called but on the recorded line I paid half which was $2500-$2700 we asked the lady who took the payment 4 to 5 times was this everything I owed. she said yes more than one time. Fast forward I go to my upcoming appoint they say i still owe my insurance half because they never collect money from my issuance from the start. But I was still insured . I asked for a refund and told them I will just take my business somewhere else because that was not the agreement that was made be fore I started the process. If I wouldn't known I wouldn't NEVER started this process
