On February 27, **** I saw ****************** for a bridge placement. After placement of the bridge upon check out I was informed that my insurance company denied payment and I had to pay $996 out of pocket. I paid the $996 and left. A few hours after the bridge was placed it fell out. This was very upsetting, I called the office and left a voicemail. I sent an email to the office informing them of the situation. They offered an appointment during my work hours. I pleaded for an appointment after work hours, since I had no time off available and was getting ready to leave for a trip. Oradent would not accommodate for my emergency. I ended up seeking care with The ******* Dental Studio, they were accommodating and gave me a same day appointment after work hours. I had to pay to have the bridge bonded back. The dentist explained that the bridge was not placed correctly and that the bonding that was used was not correct for the type of bridge. I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I received at Oradent and the poor workmanship that I paid $996 out of pocket for. At this time I am seeking a refund.
