I contracted this company to design my company website and also paid them to host the website. They have failed to deliver any product to me. They will not respond to any calls or emails. Their contact number is no longer valid and also their original website has moved. They are complete scammers and should be stopped from hurting and stealing money from any other customers.Initial Complaint

I have paid the following amount in CAD $ to this company Hexa Web Studios February 2021 to develop a website for me with an integrated marketplace. 1. $5,865 - For Marketplace Integration 2. $1574 - For Website 3. $1568 - For Dedicated Server 4. $390 - For Live Chat Integration of Market Place Total - $9,397 CAD 1. As at TODAY, the website is NOT functioning. I paid for a dedicated server which I had asked them to register this server using the company's name and provide me with server information. Up till today, I have NOT gotten any information about this server I paid for. 2. I decided to buy a server with godaddy asking them to migrate the website to godaddy. Unfortunately! they started talking about third party concerns, which they eventually agreed and came back and told me the server is NOT working and the only way to get the website working is to go with their server. Honest truth! GoDaddy said there's something they've done with their code that's making the website not work on godaddy's server. Now I have a website that is NOT functioning even though they've signed an agreement with my lawyer to provide a functioning website. 3. As I type, marketplace is NOT done. I have no website content for marketplace. NOTHING! Just says coming soon. No date has been provided when they will get the marketplace done. I have called them several times messaged them, they've totally refused to pick or answer any of my questions. 4. They had requested to access my computer which is the only way to fix the problem with godaddy's server since I have admin access. Per my lawyers advice, I refused to give them access to my computer. I told them we could have a teams video meeting and they show me exactly what they want to do and I do it, since then onwards, they have refused to pick any calls or messages. 5. All I want is my functioning website and my marketplace built as well as my refund for a dedicated server which they didn't provide.
