In February 2024, BBB investigated Pixels Logo's business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints for Logo Zones which is the same owners for Pixel Zones. The complaints concerned issues with copyright and ownership over the paid copyright.
There are concerns alleging that after consumers pay for a logo, the business claims the consumer, wont own the "rights" unless they pay more for a service to complete the copyright process for them.
The address listed if for an emptied out store front. We do not have a viable address found for this location. There is no SOS report for this company. We have not received a response regarding the ownership.

On 02/23/2024 and 02/29/2024 the BBB requested additional information, however the email for the business is a hard bounce, basically not going through.

2.1.2 The current selling price of identical products or services sold by others in the trade area (the area in which the company does business or where the advertisement appears) (e.g., “selling elsewhere at $_______.”); or
2.1.3 The current selling price of a comparable product or service sold by the advertiser or by others in the trade area (e.g., “comparable value,” “compares with products or services selling at $_____,” “equal to products or services selling for $_____”).
2.2 In each case, the advertisement must clearly and conspicuously disclose which basis of comparison is being used.
2.3 When these comparisons are made in advertising, the claims must be based on the provisions in Sections 3 - 7.
As 3/6/2024 the emails to the business are going on a hard bounce. The business has not replied to the past messages regarding the advertising review.
