I'm ***************************, owner of ***************** LLC, who three years ago purchased network security from Global Network Security for my tax business. I paid the price, and was never sent Terms and Conditions, nor an explanation of what exactly I bought. I was sent a paid invoice. I never consented to buy their product each year, as it is very expensive. I get calls from this company demanding I pay them subscription fees each year. I refused. I asked them to send me the copies of what I 'signed.' The last call, they mocked me for not knowing the Terms and Conditions. That has never happened. They have threatened my credit if I don't pay them over $3400. They want to settle for half that amount. I refuse. What can you do for me? I have BBB accreditation and am in good standing.
