            On 01/03/23 ***** came to give us an estimate for Arnold Electric, which was the last company to come and provide an estimate. Unlike the other two companies, ***** came prepared to examine what was wrong with our electric service. He listened patiently as we described our problems. Then he took out his tools and investigated further. ***** made it obvious to us that Arnold electric was the right choice of the three. He provided a diagnosis of the problems and gave us a detailed estimate. ***** was able to temporarily restore power to a circuit for our fridge before he left. Two days later Arnold Electric arrived on time with a crew of three to correct our electrical problems. ****, ***** and *************** did a great job replacing our old circuit breaker box, whole house surge protector and some wiring. They also ran a new ground wire to bring our home up to current code. Their great communication skills helped to keep us updated with their progress and any issues they found along the way. They cleaned up the work area when they were done. Arnold Electric will be the ONLY company we call in the future.
