      We have had 3 major attacks on our Reagan.com account in the last 3 weeks. These were of the "failure to deliver" or "email daemon" type. We moved all of these to the Spam folder. Hundreds of them. These required we submit credentials and change passwords. We have attempted numerous resets, some of them appearing successful. We are unable to log in with reset passwords. Chat assistance has not responded for 3 days. We are locked out of our account. We want REAL contact with ****** to resolve this issue. We have been subscribers for more than 10 years.

      ****** Support reviewed the account and enabled the account for the user. We responded to a support ticket that the user previously opened and supplied the steps to reset their password and the log in link. We await confirmation that their log in has been successful.

      I have been locked out of my email account with **********************. I cannot reach them through their chat sessions. There is no phone number or email address to contact them. I have renewed my subscription for 3 years for $99 and still cannot access my email. Failure to fix the issue will result in a lawsuit for theft of service. I expect IMMEDIATE response.

      ****** Support reviewed the user's account and found that the account was disabled as the subscription had expired. Please note that every ****** account reflects the current Renewal date within the inbox above that respective user's emails at all times. There is also a past due icon shown if the user does not renew by the renewal date shown within the inbox. We have confirmed that the user has renewed their account for three years and we gave them instructions to log into their account immediately as well as the link for ****** Live Chat should they have any further questions or concerns for the Support Staff.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the past due notices they referenced does not show up on the iPhone mail app.  Also, they did not send the emails about,  my account expiring soon, to my Reagan.com email.  They sent it to another old email account that I no longer use, therefore, I did not get those emails.   Their customer service is horrible.  They have no phone number, did not reply to multiple emails that I sent, they would not reply to my CHAT session.  I left it open for a WEEK and still no reply.  I faxed them through the phone number that the BBB gave me. The BBB thought it was their phone number, so apparently nobody has a number for their customer service.  Absolutely the worst I have ever seen.  It took over a week for them to reply and they probably wouldnt have if I hadnt filed a complaint against them. Disgusting.

      Since July 23rd, I have been blocked out of my **************************** It says my password is incorrect. So, I have changed my password and it says the change is accepted but then I try it and it says my password is incorrect. I have tried five times now over four days and nothing. I have tried to contact them through their chat function -- no response. I tried a phone number published online on a site that had complaints from other ****** users. The phone number is not working. If I clock on support it says that site is no longer working. I cannot open my e-mail so if they are sending me responses, I cannot get at them -- I have had no e-mails since the 23rd. I just need them to respond so I know whether to tell people not to use these email address.

      ****** Support reviewed the user's account and confirmed that the user interacted with a spam email. The account has been reset and we replied to the user's email address on file. The user was given a link for live chat and we await their response to confirm they were able to log in.

      Reagan.com chat support is generally unresponsive. Wait long periods of time for help. We have three accounts or emails with Reagan.com in *******, **. Last week I lost of my "contacts". list of names with email addresses, over 100 of them from ********************** For no reason they disappeared. I do not know what happened. Since then I have been trying to "connect" with Reagan.com support by their chat. I need to know from them how to get this back. Reagan.com is the only source I have for these contacts. I do not have them backed up. Why did they disappear and how do I get them back. I cannot get an answer.

      ****** Support has reviewed the users account and on July 31, ********************************************************************************************* the past. We have emailed the user at their alternate email address with instructions to reset their password and they will be able to regain immediate access to their account. We also supplied the hours of operation and link for the ****** Live Chat for immediate assistance.  We will await confirmation of logging in.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      As a customer - ********************* I did try many times to discuss with Reagan.com via their chat system.  Usually there was no immediate response and checking back with that site it would be days, at times, before I got an answer.  The main issue after the spam was deleted and password was reset, all the contacts - over 100- under ********************* disappeared.  Reagan.com could not answer why their system deleted the contacts.  One representative told me on chat there was no way to recover all the contacts.  I had to rebuild them.  I am paying for a service which did not protect my contacts and now they are gone and I, the customer, has to rebuild them?  ********************** must bear some respo and have a means of recovery.  That is what I want.

      I can not remove or Filter away Spam, Or other unwanted emails....I have attempted to contact Reagan.com way too many times, and "NO ONE IS THERE!" WHY?I want this problem resolved...I am PAYING for the service, and I am getting NONE!

      Beginning to days ago which seems to coincides with the world-wide IT outage I've lost access to my Reagan.com email account on both my phone and laptop. I tried changing my password but it won't let me. I tried contacting the support link but I get a message that the link is no good. They have no phone number for support help. This is my business account and I need access desperately.

      ****** Support reviewed the user's account and saw activity as recent as July 21, 2024. We also sent password reset instructions and live chat hours along with the direct link to live chat to the user's alternate email address on file. We are waiting on their confirmation that they're able to log in successfully.

      I have an account with **********************. It is paid through 11/17/24. Three days ago I sent an email and when I clicked send, the window closed. Since then I have not been able to access my mail. I keep getting a message that the address or password is in error. I tried to change the password and a message came up saying the password could not have more than two numbers in succession. My old password had four numbers in succession, but I received no notice of a change in policy. I've changed my password now four times. Each time I get a message that it has been successfully changed and I can access my account. But each time I get the same error message. I am able to get into a member area, but each time I click on email it takes me to my account information. I have clicked on a support window which says they are contacting someone to help me now. I've been waiting three days and no one has answered.

      ****** Support refreshed the account for the user. They can reset their password and log into their inbox as always. We created a new support ticket and replied to the user's alt email address. We will await their response and confirmation they were able to log into their account.

      REF: ********************** On July 6, 2024 I was no longer able to login to my email account. I have had an active account since August 24, 2012. I have tried to contact customer service by live chat and email at least 15 times. I have not received any response. I tried changing the password online several times to no avail. I have many important emails I need to access.I have paid through Sept. 2025.This is very irresponsible service by ****************.       ****** Support reviewed the users account and any chat correspondence and found that the user contacted live chat on July 11 prior to chat being active. We gave them the instructions to reset their password and the schedule for Live Chat.  We are waiting for confirmation that they were able to log in successfully or a reply to our support ticket.

      I have not received any correspondence from Reagan.com.  I would like Reagan.com to call me at: ************ or email me at: ************************ with instructions for getting the email account working again. 
      Reagan.com must have a phone number.  Why isn't that number available to their clients?  I have also been ignored on numerous live chat request.   They have an alternate email address of ******************.  Nothing has been sent to this account either.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      I am still not able to log into my account.  ********************** stated: "****** support replied to the users prior support ticket to the alt email address on file and the address supplied via the BBB".

        I HAVE NOT RECIEVED AN EMAIL FROM REAGAN.COM AT THE *** EMAIL ADDRESS!  What is the alt email address they are using? 

      Reagan.com also states: "The account is active and we see that there was access as of July 15th. We will await a response to our support ticket inquiry."

         I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT SINCE JULY 6, 2024!  The activity they see maybe emails being sent to my account.

      I have no way of knowing since I cannot log in.  The message I get while trying to log in is: "Username / Password incorrect".  This message is printed in red. 

      Please have Reagan.com call me TODAY (July 17, 2024) at: ************ or email me at: ******************.

      I hope to be able to work this out with Reagan.com customer service.

      I have had a email account with them for about five years and now it wont let me login or change passwords. When I try to answer the secret question it wont take my answer. When I tried to contact support I get no answer. I have been trying for two weeks without success.they have no phone number. I am paid up through 2025. I would like to cancel that account. I purchased another account with them, hoping to get through that way, without success. I wish to cancel both accounts and recoup my money.

      ****** Support reviewed the account and closed and refunded the most recent purchase per the users request.  The user's other account cannot be refunded as it is in the third year of a three year subscription. A refund can only be completed within 30 days of purchase or renewal. That account is active and we have sent instructions to the user to reset their password and regain access in case they'd like to utilize the account. We will wait for their response to our support ticket.

      I am rejecting this response because: I tried what they said and it still will not let me change my password.  They wanted me to answer a secret question about what city I was born in.  I was born in ********** and it tells me that is wrong I tried every combination lower case upper case and it just does not work.
