I purchased tickets online on February 2, 2024 through boxofficeticketsales.com for the musical Living All Alone ************************* Tribute for Saturday February 17, 2024 for the 3pm show at The ******************** in *******, **. The order number is ********. We went to the show and the show was delayed for 2 hours for technical difficulties but prior to knowing if the show was going to actually happen, the ******************** advised audience attendees they could receive a full refund or attend another show because of the delay. I opted to attend the show on Sunday February 18, 2024 at 3pm. I went to the ******************** box office before the Sunday show to exchange my tickets and they advised since I purchased the tickets through a 3rd party I would need to contact them. The ******************** even gave me a card with the name and number where they can verify that the ******************** advised about the decision to give refunds because of the delay and technical difficulties. I called the number for box office tickets sales and advised them what happen and told them what the Theater advised. They refused to listen or even take the information from the ********************. They said since it wasnt completely cancelled they couldnt do anything and I advised I could not wait any longer to see if the show would start. I waited for 2 hours already before I decided to leave. I believe I should get refunded back regardless if I purchased tickets through a 3rd party.Initial Complaint

My debit card showed a charge from this company. I contacted my card company right away as I have never heard of nor felt with this company. I then contacted the company and tried to tell them neither myself nor anyone in my house made these charges. I dont even know what the charge is for!!!They are now disputing with my bank. I contacted both the bank and this company AS SOON as the charges showed in my account to let them know this was fraud.Initial Complaint

I purchased two tickets to see The Greatest Love Of All at the ****** theater in ***************, ** on 12/24 2022 Two days later I found out my mother is very sick and I have to go out of state indefinately. I called BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES to explain my situation and would like to please get a refund for the tickets. They said absolutely no refunds, does not matter when you bought the tickets or the situation that did arise. I had to accept this as there was no manager or supervisor there, just the customer service agent. I then went online to the box office at the Kravis and saw for $100.00 less I could get much better seats in a much better section.. I don't know how BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES gets away with this. I don't know any companies that does not give you a grace ****** or accommodate special circumstances like sickness of a mother. I am very upset as I spent $248.00 for two tickets with a $72.00 service fee where you just know your row and not the seats. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I called what I thought was the ************************* ****************** in ******** ** to purchase 2 tickets to ************* for my daughter for Christmas. I told the young lady who answered that I thought I could purchase them for less by ordering directly from the box office. She at no time told me that it was not the box office for the theater. In fact she confirmed that the fees would be cheaper. I had a bad experience with ticketmaster in the past so I did not want to purchase a ticket through them. The two tickets wre $318.00 dollars and the money was immediately removed from my account. I received two emails, a receipt and a link to Tickmaster. At no time was I told I was purchasing tickets through anything other than the box office at the theater. I then had trouble downloading the tickets. While I was trying to download them I looked up the price on Ticketmaster and I could have purchased the same two seats for $80 per seat, a total of $200 with fees. I called the number on the receipt and that was when I discovered I had purchased the tickets through a third party. The young man I spoke to, ****, was very rude and accused me of trying to defraud them. He insisted I had been told that they weren't affiliated with the theater and that is incorrect. I don't want all my money back just the difference of $118.00.If they had indeed told me it wasn't the ************************* box office I would not have purchased the tickets through them.Thank you.*********************************Initial Complaint

July 1,2022. Order was completed in error by teenage daughter assisting my elderly mother. Attempted to call to cancel order within 1 hour of purchase, was spoken to rudely and told this issue could only be handled online and then hung up on when I tried to ask a question. I sent a message which just forwarded me option to resell tickets. I tried to send a message and received a message back that my email was blocked. Not even sure if this is legit company or if we will receive tickets for event?Business response

I went to a legitimate site that had my card information (Ticketmaster) and was transferred to the boxofficeticketsales site while I was searching tickets for a concert whos tickets dont go on sale til later in the week and the site shows a confirmation number like I bought tickets and charged my account. I did not authorize this charge but they will not refund. I called phone number on file and emailed. Both are not legit.Business response

I purchased tickets to a concert in December 2019. The concert has been cancelled and rescheduled at least three times. Now the concert is scheduled for Tuesday June 28, 2022. I requested a refund at least three times. Now with it being on Tuesday, none of us can attend. I don't think this is right of the company to take so much money from me and not try to work with me on a refund. They are not sending me a ticket by eticket and state tickets will be sent to me on the day of the concert, maybe the day before. This is ridiculous. Please help. I purchased tickets May 17th for the ******* game for today, May 31st at 7:05. I purchased 35 ticket. On the phone the representative told me I was purchasing tickets for seats not bleachers, in the 200 row on the base line. He asked if I would like to be on the 3rd base line or the 1st base line. I said the 3rd base line. I specifically called and didnt purchase online because I didnt want to be in the outfield on the bleachers, which I told the representative. They sold me tickets in the 238 row which are bleacher seats. I called to talk to some two days ago when I realized what I was sold, they said they would review the recording which they say they did. They claim the representative said the tickets are in the 238 row in the outstands that is a flat out lie, so they either didnt listen to the recording or they are trying to cover it up. I also paid $59 plus fees for $11 tickets. They are refusing to help me and refusing to exchange the tickets. I have 35 people going to a game today, Im frustrated and dont know what to do? They have the recording I requested a copy of it and they refused to give it to me.Business response
