      I regret that I had to give even one star. They shouldnt be allowed to sell a bag of peanuts. I too thought I was talking to the actual box office. The people staffing customer service are incredibly nasty. They claimed the phone call I was complaining about was recorded. My answer? Great! I want to hear it. Next day they said I couldnt hear it lol. I dont think theres enough room here to list all the misleading statements i was ******** lie after another. Hard to say whos worse, the lowlife who snookered me or the nasty, rude, abusive customer service ( theres an oxymoron if there ever was one! ***************** Are they kidding?). I hope my credit card company can bail me out, but I wont hold my breath. They certainly should NOT be allowed to use the name that is so misleading. Of course a person would think theyre talking to the the theater box office!!! Not a scam artist charging $130 for an $80 tkt!!! Unfortunately, I didnt read these other reviews before doing business with these thieves. If only!!!!!!

      I wish I could give a 0! I also wish I had checked this site for BBB score. My complaint is just like the others. They will not refund you anything, only give you a credit. Even if the cancellation was no fault of your own. It's been 2 years and I'm still fighting with them. I just want my refund. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Even though I was screwed over, I hope this helps with the potential next victim

      I called with a question. I was asked for the order number and said just a minute. They said, "Have a nice day and hung up on me." I paid $132 for a $58 ticket after being duped by their website that made it look like I was on the website for the theater.

      I called because the comedian had to reschedule his tour dates and I just wanted to see if my current tickets would be valid or if I had to buy new ones. The representative on the phone was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me 3 times before I could even get a word in. He said did you buy your ticket online or over the phone then saidI cant help youclick! Then I called back and the first thing out of my mouth was please dont hang up on meand he said the same thing and hung up. I called a third time and this time was able to quickly say my order number and he just said our orders dont start with that and hung up. I have three different numbers on my ticket. He could have at least been a little patient and understanding. This representative has no customer service skills whatsoever, clearly hates his job and should probably work in a cemetery instead of answering phones.

      No Stars. Stay away!!!Box Office Tickets sales, should not be allowed in business. I bought tickets for a specific venue (local) and date, and what was sent to me, was for an entirely different State and venue, 3 months out.I immediately called and emailed, asking for them to make it right. I ended up on the phone with a rather shady Customer C person, who said she would "Ask" her manager what she could do because I had just literary "bought" them. She said "wow, well they transferred those fast!" (because they new it was for the wrong concert) The only option they would give me is to resell the tickets. Then asked to help with the concert I really wanted. Never mind, they have $500 tied up, wouldn't refund me or transfer my tickets to the concert I wanted. Wouldn't disclose who the sellers were of the tickets. And stated it wasn't the sellers fault. Why wouldnt I buy, wrong tickets? regardless of what website I was on. I told her I would resort to having my CC company dispute this. She wasnt happy about this. What really happened, is the advertised the concert I wanted, and actually didnt have tickets on the back end to sell me, and transferred tickets to another venue and date. And then had my money. When I called the actual theater, they did have a few tickets left, which were far less in price as well than what these guys charge and wont disclose what the fee's are for.

      We purchased tickets for the *********************** show, in April 2022,, ****** cancelled the show due to his band members being sick & one passing away from COVID, BoxOffice Tickets emails us a voucher for $1,300, telling us this is our refund!!!! We called customer service telling them we never had an option & didn't want the voucher,, want our money back because the show isn't even rescheduled,, they told us they do not do ************ have to accept the voucher! It's on their own WEBSITE about the cancellation policy,, we are supposed to be offered the option of voucher or refund of money,, talked to a VERY RUDE LADY MANAGER! Our credit card ** is going after them!

      ********** ticket sales is a rip off their site doesnt work properly defaulting you to a different time thinking that you have made a purchase and a time to see the event just to be deposited into another time slot. Immediately I called and they said oh thats an Internet sale you have to go through their email when I did that it said it was going to take 10 days for them to get back with me because of a high volume of ticket sales are you kidding me be warned

      Stole money.Bought 6 tickets got 4.No one seems to be responsible for the transaction. I bought 6 tickets from secure box office, and they apparently transferred 4 tickets to ticket Master. I spent 2 days on a phone waiting, on a chat, and emailing trying to get resolved before the show. I ended up buying those missing tickets from a scalper outside the concert and we were separated. Ticket Master says they are not responsible, and secure box office says they aren't responsible. I can see the amount was paid for the 6. I requested they send me a receipt, and their reply was they were not able to share that file with me. I pursued and have heard nothing more back. They also charge more for tickets than the event did. Thieves. I hope this business is stopped and others are warned.
