    Date of Transaction: June 13, 2022 - Registration payment $1,500.00 - paid by Greyhound ****** **** corporate credit card ******* Event: Executive Leadership Forum - ******, ** scheduled for October 5-6, 2022. I have attended ELS conferences in previous years (2017, 2018, 2019), and have never received such unprofessional treatment in the 20+ years of my career. 9/27/2022: received email from ELS advising the conference for the ****** location was postponed to February 28 - March 1, 2023. ELS offered to transfer my registration for this conference date.9/30/2022: responded to ELS accepting the registration transfer to the new date provided for the ****** conference (2/28 - 3/1/2023).My colleague **************** also registered for the October 2022 conference in ****** and received the same email from ELS mentioned above. She also accepted the registration transfer to the conference now scheduled for 2/28 - 3/1/2023.We never heard back from ELS and after multiple attempts to reach someone at ELS, we started tracking down those mentioned in the attached supporting documents, and found they both now work for another company, along with the former CEO of ELS. This new company is **************. Please see the attached documents to help support this complaint.My colleague and I request a full refund of $1,500.00 each for our registration fee. We paid for a service that was never provided by ELS. We have never received any explanation for not returning our calls, emails, texts, and social media inquiries.Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.     I registered for their 2022 ELS Forum in ******. It was scheduled to be held on October 5th and 6th in ******. I registered on 9/20/2022. On 9/27/2022, I received an email informing me that it would be postponed until February 28- March 1 and that my registration would be transferred. In January 2023, I attempted to follow-up with them as we had received no details about the upcoming event. I checked the website www.teamels.com and only Forum date for ******* was posted. I began contacting the people who sent the notice about the reschedule, neither work for the company anymore. I reached out to all of their social media platforms where I found that oddly enough, their last post on any social media platform was October 2022, the month the event was cancelled. I emailed the organization's founder, *************************** and received no response. I followed up with a call to their office and spoke with Ms. ******** who told me she would call me back with an update that afternoon. I never received that call and every call since rolled to voicemail. Today is March 9, 2023 and I still haven't heard from them and they still have the $1500 registration fee. Avoid this scam of a company.
