I am rejecting this response because: I've left 5 phone messages with all the information, I do not have a computer to email anything nor an email. The name of the unit is Cubii Grove seated ********** unit. I'm missing the 4 crews needed to attach the pedals. You have my name and Address. Please send the 4 screws this is a $200 piece of equipment.

Purchased Jr2 green from Amazon fulfilling for Cubii. Arrived, but has Jr1 aqua on Jr2 base instead of Jr2 green (which has improved zero gravity flywheel). Impossible to contact Cubii by phone as they ************* one to web address where it is impossible to explain issue. Try to leave them message, but again impossible to navigate to do so. They appear to avoid any real contact with anyone with issues. Why? They need to explain possible "bait and switch" and need to explain and phone immediately. Entered by a Customer Relations Rep. I ordered a ********************** elliptical machine from Amazon. The order that I received was not complete and had some wrong parts in it. There were two screws missing and no screwdriver. The machine also has no serial number on it. I need you to please ship me a new accessory box. This was also supposed to be new, and what I was shipped is used. I have been trying to call your business for 10 days but have been unable to speak with anyone.Initial Complaint

Purchased a cubii jr2+ in January *********************************** 6 months which was outside the return date for target so I reached the manufacturer who sent out ************************* return unit as a replacement to me and the unit had more problems than the unit I sent it. I now have a unit that knocks very loudly and does not sync as advertised. I would like a Total Body+ or my money paid refundedBusiness response

Hello, We are investigating the replacement unit shipped to the customer. To avoid delays, we have upgraded this customer with our top of the line Total Body+ Cubii Elliptical. She was satisfied with this resolution and we have shipped her replacement that shipped on 10/12/2023 via *** tracking number # 1Z848A710350140343. This shipment is scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, October 17th.Customer response

I went online to Cubii to try to make a purchase for the total fitness QB I found that it wouldnt take my debit card so I used a MasterCard credit card it wouldnt go through for the split payments so I refresh my screen and did it again I found that it still hadnt gone through the next day I looked at my credit card statement online and $391 went through twice as I will upload a image of my statement Ive also contact a Cubii to let them know this for two weeks straight a QB representative continuously told me that it does not look like any credit card has been successfully going through on their end I showed them the same image Im going to show you and stated by my credit card representative told me that it has gone through and it has been paid through my credit card still I got refund.Business response

Thank you for reaching out! We have communicated with this customer that any charges that were attempted were declined by the card issuer (bank or credit card company). We've attached the attempted charges titled "LeslieAsalay.png" as this was the name used upon checkout. As you can see, no funds were ever collected as each charge was declined or voided upon the attempt.
We advise that the customer reach out to their bank or card company to see if they have a hold on their funds for some reason. Unfortunately, we have never collected any funds from this customer so we cannot issue a refund.
