5 starsIt is with great pleasure that I share my experience with ***** ******, *** *****, **** ******, and the Law Offices of ******* *. Leving. Before finding them, three other attorneys dismissed my case, essentially telling me I was out of options. Determined to get one more opinion, I turned to ******* Levings firm.During my initial consultation, *** ***** and **** ****** provided me with their honest assessment of my situation. Their insight and dedication convinced me to take on a second job just to afford the retaineran investment that proved invaluable. Over the next month, they conducted thorough research and ultimately achieved what no other attorney had even considered: they successfully invalidated my civil union. Thanks to their expertise and unwavering commitment, I am now free from the burden of a deadbeat father and opportunist who preys on others for financial gain. I cannot recommend this team highly enough for anyone facing what seems like an impossible legal battle.Review fromChristopher L

5 starsI've been represented by the Law Offices of ****************** Leving for over two years. I initially didn't want to hire a firm solely focused on Father's rights, because it seemed like a gimmick. However, after my initial intake with *****************, and after meeting my other attorney *********************, I realized that this firm hires extremely competent, well-respected attorneys. They were able to get some significant wins in my case by transferring and consolidating the venue of an order of protection, and ultimately getting rid of it after it was transferred. They have represented me on 2 emergency motions trying to restrict my parenting time, and in both instances we prevailed. Les is a killer when it comes to oral arguments, and I cant say enough good things about him. **** drafts my written motions/responses and ** always impressed at the high attention to detail and concise logical arguments he comes up with. The only warning I have to anyone considering hiring this firm, is that you need to read your contract, and these guys arent cheap. But if you can afford them, its money well spent to ensure you can have quality time with your kids, and that your rights are protected, especially if youre in a very contentious divorce.Review fromAdam H

5 starsThings definitely started to change with my case when I brought in ********************* and *****************. If i would have stuck with my local attorney, this case would have lasted forever, and who knows what rights I would have lost. I wish I had gone with them from the start. I know that had I done so, my case would have been resolved in a matter of months instead if years. They know what they're doing, especially when it comes to defending a father against bogus accusations.Review fromMargarita I

1 starI think that if fathers rights defend the father, why ************************** was defending the ex wife of my son? I think this firm is a scam ! Stay away from them.Review fromDevin S

1 starSearched for an attorney that would help me get visitation rights for my son and came across three Dad's Rights Lawyer. I met with an attorney and paid the retainer only to be charged thousands more for little to no work being done. I was sent invoices for services that didn't make sense. I spent about $10,000 over a few months and nothing got done. I went to another attorney who was great on all levels including communication. Within a few months my case was done and my visitation rights were granted ************ than $3600. There was also several employees that were very rude and disrespectful when they would contact you over the phone. They refused to let you speak to their boss and management when requested. Definitely not worth spending the money on this law firm.Review fromDemeturies C

1 starI've paid this business over 10k to handle my case and in almost 2 years I've been harassed multiple times for payment by their billing department, ***************************** who is assigned to my billing has been very aggressive aaaand has threatened to pull my case due to payment disputes. My monthly fees will vary drastically from ****** one month, only to increase to ******* the next month. I have no communication with my attorney despite multiple attempts to reach him through both personal and work numbers to no avail. Whenever I've asked for more details or an explanation regarding the lack of response or why my fees vary upon email, I'm not given any specific answer and instead told to look at the emailed fee. I've had private investigators and Paralegals added to my fee without consent or notification. My attorney fees do not match the work that being done on my case. I've collected every billing statement, compared every fee from 2022-2024 with very dramatic differences as stated before. My attorney ********************* has refused to return any calls or voice-mails in months and I have a custody case this January regarding my son. I have not gotten past 2 hours for 1 day per week, the mother of my child has violated court orders multiple times and I've still not received any assistance from the same business that emphasizes on helping single fathers see and be a part of their sons life. This business lies to it's clients and charges them ridiculous amounts of money every month.Review fromRehan K

4 stars***********************, *****************, *********************, AND the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving I have been a client of the The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. for more than year and half and have worked with ***********************, *****************, ********************* in the firm. They have worked diligently, meticulously and in great detail on every aspect of my case which had many complicated and delicate issues to be dealt with that also required constant communication and deliberations with the opposing counsel and team. There were times when immediate attention was needed and ************* to be addressed promptly and *****, *** and **** made that possible. They worked as a team and made sure all the motions, petitions and responses were filed promptly and on time.Review fromJeremy M

1 starMy wife filed for divorce in August of 2021, I searched around and found the "Dad's Rights Lawyer" and bought into the hype, Paid their huge retainer and waited for the divorce to start. Fast forward 2 years, They advised me to constantly compromise on everything and never seemed willing to actually fight for me, just always advised me to settle to avoid court costs. My wife and her lawyer had a strategy of just dragging on everything as much as possible and allow my lawyers to continue running up my bill, which they did, to the tune of anywhere between $3000-$8000 a month. Within a year and a half I had already paid over $35,000 and still owed $35,000 more for doing nopthing but sending emails telling me to agree with my my ex-wife wanted. I'd go a month at a time with no update other than the monthly bill, and if you called them to ask what's going on they'd charge you $250 bucks for that 5 minute phone call. I made my $1500 a month payment on time every month as was agreed upon between me and their financial department when out of the blue they called me and said I owed to much and they would be filing a motion to withdraw. Due to the compromises they basically shoehorned me into (including paying my ex-wife's lawyer fees somehow) I was no longer making enough money to continue paying their insane bills. So here I am a 2 years later, with this divorce basically at 99% completed (by me compromising at every turn at their insistence) and I now have to finish it representing myself anyway. And to top it off the best they could manage to negotiate was me getting my kids every for Spring Break every other year, 1 week at Christmas, and for about half of the Summer.Stay away from this firm, they don't care about you, they don't care about your kids, they talk a good game and then allow you to be screwed over and over by the opposition all the while racking up a huge bill they know you cant afford to pay, then they drop you right before the finish line.Review fromMelody M

1 star0 Stars really. They don't deserve not even one star. This firm will charge you 6K to take on your case & by the next month they are sending you another bill. I did all the foot work myself with getting my ex-husband served, getting his address & this firm will just keep sending you a bill even after they drop you. Only showing up to 2 court dates & even giving the judge false information. They don't return your phone calls & cant even remember your case. I had to represent myself for the rest of my court dates & did a **** good job doing so, without false information. They take advantage of single parents trying to get child support or divorce. I would never recommend this over priced & shady law firm, spending peoples hard earned money on their BS commercials to fish out people who actually think they can get help. ****** didn't even know my name at the court date until I spoke up & told the judge I was present. They are still sending me monthly bills for a case I took care of myself form start to finish. Over 14K in total for what again? NEVER EVER AGAIN.Review fromBen B

1 starThey kept saying they would do this and that and would fight til the end. But nothing happened except for conversations. Which I had to change lawyers because my case didnt go anywhere. Was charged thousands of dollars, but my divorce case didnt progress at all. I was promised and told many things. Didnt happen. Hired them for just a year, All I got in return was an invoice to pay money. More than 8 different attorneys and representatives from the office were on my case, many phone calls, emails and conversations later I had to give up on this firm. I would like most if not all my money back. Naturally in this workd I wont see a dime of it. Do not hire this firm they maybe all for dads rights, but it shouldnt cost the amount I got charged to get somewhere with it.
