********* time November 9th AUD793 I wanna cancel the order, but there is no customer service to reply my email.After that, I saw some other reviews, and many people said that there had been no customer service in the online store before. Been many cases. So I'm worried about being scammed.Business response

**** returned via *** several months ago in March/April was never refunded, a pair of Mens jeans. Calls were made at the time of return, their rep said he would refund, did not. Subsequent calls were made in re, no one picked up phone, rang with no one answering.. Most recently, I received a collection email from *********** attempting to collect on debt. The item was purchased via Shop Pay on an installment plan, payments ceased after item returned, initial payment was charged back with my credit card company. Recently as of today, I attempted to resolve matter, made numerous calls to their location, was told by ecommerce the item is non-refundable, already discounted, which was not disclosed at time of sale.. Item was purchased via link on Shopify.com, not on SVRN site directly. contrary to what their rep tried to claim.. He initially tried to claim item was just returned recently, not at time of purchase as it was... When that did not work, he jumped to their return policy which as stated prior, was not disclosed at time of purchase...Needless to say, nothing was resolved.Initial Complaint

I placed an order in the amount of $200 with SVRN on 5/28/2022. On Tuesday, May 31st I received a text from *** that the package was to be delivered the next day between 12:45 - 2:45 pm. After waiting all day, the package never arrived. Contacted *** today, 1/2/2022 and they state that they never received the package either. Ive spent all day attempting to reach SVRN via phone, ******** and Instagram messenger; they are unresponsive.Initial Complaint

Order ID ************************* was refused via **** tracking ID ******************, SVRN received package back on 3/31. A pair of Mens Maison Margiela Jeans ordered. I called SVRN today, 4/4, their rep advised the item is a sale item and supposedly final sale, which I do not believe is stated on receipt and or on Shopify website, the company whom processes payments for SVRN. The rep further advised to email the company, which was already done several days ago, no reply received.. A contact form was also submitted via their web-site, no reply received. I need a full refund for item, final sale was not stated on receipt and or Shopify web-site.
