Archers Metal Deco was hired to install a black metal fence around the front of my house in July 2021. Everything seemed like it was going great in the beginning I spoke with the owner ********* and made plans to get the gate installed. We agreed on a price for installation as I had another company that was ready to do the install but he insisted since he was working on a home nearby. A few weeks pass by and his workers show up to begin the installation. They got to work on installing the fence posts and left for the day. A couple weeks pass by and ********* gives me a call to let me know the gate door was made too short. The workers come back and install the fence around the house. We start to notice that most of the time the workers are just standing around not really doing much they would disappear for a few hours and then come back. It was summer so I just figured maybe they needed to get out of the heat. At this point the gate is pretty much around the house the only thing missing is the gate door. The workers come back and install the door anyways knowing it was too short and would not latch onto the gate. At this point the installation is complete and the ********* has the workers rig the latch so that it would catch onto the gate and ensures us he will fix the mistake so we pay ********* the agreed upon price.********* shows up drunk to my house late at night to look at the bogus job his workers did to rig the gate door. He takes off the door k*** and says the workers put it on incorrectly and that these guys have made tons of errors and cost his company a lot of money and we weren't the first or second house he had to correct. We start looking at the rest of the fence and notice that the installation is horrible the fence sways in few areas, it was basically just screwed into the cement. Horrible work. He never came back to fix the gate. We've called multiple times and tried to set plans forBusiness response

I spoke to the client yesterday, we are going today to work there, they will be giving me a letter stating that they will remove the review right after we are done, that was the deal with them..
