************** submitted documentation to us to claim funds held in his wifes account however the documentation was insufficient.  A letter was sent to him to advise him of the required document. We subsequently received the required document, and his claim was then processed. Check number ****** for $523.28, payable to ************** was express mailed to him on June 12, 2024. This check was cashed on June 17, 2024 and we consider this matter resolved.

I was unknowingly issued a large refund check on a supplemental insurance policy rider. The check was sent to my home address, however, the check was stolen and cashed (check amount was over $13k). I called BenefitsNow and *******************. BenefitsNow indicated that I needed to file a local police report, which I did. I followed all requests/directions and have repeatedly called to check on the status. I received a partial replacement check many months later, however, there is still an outstanding balance of approximately $1500. I have called repeatedly over the last year and I am consistently told that they are "looking into it" and someone is researching it. The checks were stolen over a year ago. It should not take over a year to replace MY own money. Please send the remaining money ASAP to my mailing address (different than my home address due to theft).
