      Hi *****,

I'm sorry to read about your experience and will review our invoicing processes internally with our team to see how we may be able to make improvements.

Our invoicing system has been digital for several years and your previous invoices have consistently been sent to the email address in your file, which never was a problem in the past. I will have your assigned processor reach out to discuss with you and update your email and or mailing address accordingly.

      Kind regards,

Kensington Research and Recovery contacted me by mail within the last year with the lure that they found money due to me. They asked my permission to identify the money. I signed a form giving them permission only to identify. They identified something I already knew--that I overpaid my property taxes. They insisted that I now owed them money. They sent me a contract to sign authorizing them to "collect" my money. I never signed the second document and thus, authorized no collection. They are now attempting to collect $1568.53. This is unethical and fraudulent behavior. It is theft and taking advantage of a senior citizen who in the aftermath of the death of her husband, overpaid her property tax. I have no paperwork because I thought not signing would stop them. Please make them cease and desist in their attempts to get any money from me. They did nothing for me. Please do not let them destroy my credit score. Kensington account number: *******

We identified money which we believe isowed to ****************** and contacted her to offer our recovery services. She signedour agreement and hired us to recover this money for her. In an apparent effortto avoid paying Kensington the agreed recovery fee, when requested to executethe additional documentation required to obtain the refund by Kensington asrequired under the agreement, she refused to do so and immediately contacted, via electronic communication, the local government office holding the money andrequested that they transfer and apply the money towards her future obligations.************ file has been sent to a collection agency, along with copies of thetime stamped receipt of signed agreement and phone call logs. Also provided tothe collection agency was a copy of ************ electronic submission to thegovernment office which was submitted *************************************************************** the recovery process. Therefore, we do not believe thatthere is any basis for her complaint against Kensington, and ask that you closethis file accordingly.
