      Walco funding has repeated debited my 81 yr old grandmothers account for the past 4 months in the amount of $270.16. My grandmother never leaves the house so I'm curious of how they got her bank information to make unauthorized charges to the account. According to the rest of the reviews this company is stealing money from the elderly which is a horrible crime. We've had to purchase a hot water heater and a refrigerator in the last 3months and was totally unaware of this company and the service they provide. They need to be prosecuted for the sick crime that they are doing to such venerable people. I'm very upset because my grandmother has dementia and we are financially budgeting to take care of her at home while these heartless criminals rob her blind. I want justice for everyone. They need to make it right and refund all funds to everyone.

      These two compabies are in the supplememtal insurance busi ess that insures hoe items like Hot water heaters, air conditioners dish washers, ********************* s. ***** i never had to use t h e. Ever.Both of these companies have been double dipping me and taking from my bank account even as I told them for four months to stop. I did not order any of their services. And they keep telling me I called the.. No I did not call them. Walco is taking $184.00 and Pioneer is taking $250 per month for the last 4 months. I live on a fixed income. It appears ro me they are directing their illegal practice to the elderly. This needs to stop now as I am contacting the ** of ***** and **********. I want my money back as I did not order their service. They obtained my banking I formation not from me. Please help as this has made me have to rely on my children to get out of the position they have put me in Thank you. ***************************

      I received a letter stating that if I did not warranty my new vehicle I would lose all coverage and I thought it was a warranty from the dealership and paid them and when I realized it was a scam I emailed them several times and called and could never get a response so I put a dispute in with my bank and had to pay $33 to stop payment.

      I received an invoice on 4.14.24 saying the marketer is Home Secure, Ofalen, **. It says the payment is overdue for $210.95, plus $5 late fee, with a total payment of $3,997 for ***** ******************* I called and ********* told me they are Global Homes ***. On 4.23.24, I received a notice from from Walco Funding saying total payment is now $3,797.15. Money was taken out of our checking acct from ******************** I have a home warranty so I don't need this, and didn't sign up for it.

      On 13/02/2024, I purchased an extended warranty from Walco Funding dba Endurance. One charge of ***** was completed and applied to my Citibank credit card. The second however, was declined. Upon calling Citibank I was advised the second charge of ****** was declined due to information on the end of Endurance not being correct; I paid for that with my debit card. On 14/03/2024, I called to switch the automatic payment I had been setup on, from my Citibank credit card to my checking account. I was not informed of any time frames there would be for this to take effect. On 08/04/2024 I received an email from Endurance that on 14/04/2024 my bank account would be charged ******. On 09/04/2024 my Citibank credit card was once again charged. This charge was for ****** and was not authorized to be charged to my credit card as I had given Endurance my bank information for further charges on 14/03/2024. I am disputing this charge as authorized based on the conversation I had with the Endurance representative on 14/03/2024 when I provided them with my bank account information for further future charges and the email Endurance sent confirming my bank account would be charged on 13/04/2024 for the amount of ******.

      This company has been trying to renew a Home Warranty Policy on a Condo, but will not provide a copy of the policy, or want the cost, the deductible or any written information until you agree to purchase the policy. The homeowner should be able to see a written copy of what the policy will cover before agreeing to pay for it. I jointly own the condo with my daughter and they didn't want to speak to me. They told me I was wasting his time and he eventually hung up on me when I ask the above questions.

      December 2022, the payments started, I recently sent in a BBB complaint with the home warranty services, I did not give permission for anyone to take money out for this service. I have called several times and I either get no answer or I talk with someone and they say someone would call me back. It has be going over a year now and I don't know what else to do. I am 80 years old and I need them to stop taking money out of my account and refund all my money back to me.

      This company has been taken out ****** or ****** on a monthly basis from a Chase checking account. ***** said the only recourse is to close account and open a new one.I want the monthly charge to stop and I do not want to open a new account.

      On December 12, 2023 my elderly mother, age 91, received a call from 4everhome LLC advising her that she needed to pay a bill regarding her homeowners insurance or it would be cancelled. My mother cannot manage her money on home nor can she make any decisions on her own based on her loss of faculties. They swindled my mother out of all this money and continue to take payments from her bank account. On the virtual check they wrote 340 AX13520 as her account number. She does not need nor should they have scammed her out of this money. Please take of this. She is on a fixed income. This is horrible to do to any elderly woman so far there have been two payments taken. one for 175 on December 13 2023 and another from ACH Telrecur ************ in the amount of $211.77. She really needs her money back and this item cancelled
