I can't believe I fell for this. We just bought our home and requested a one year Warranty from the sellers. I thought it was the actual warranty, and the guy on the phone said that our sellers paid for one year, and he was offering three more years for $189.00. I agreed and paid the $189.00, thinking it was a one-time charge. Thank goodness I put it on AmEx. AmEx notified me this month of a $189 fraud charge and stopped the payment. I called the actual home warranty, and they stated they don't offer extended warranties. I called my realtor, and he said that there are only about three companies out there that offer legitimate home warranties. Today, this company called me, stating that my payments have been declined. I said that was correct because it was a scam. They then attempted to pressure me into buying it again, and every reason they gave me, I stated, "This is covered under my homeowner's insurance. The guy attempted to convince me that it wasn't, and I finally said that I wasn't interested in their scam service and hung up.

This company is a fraud. They have taken money out of my account without my approval. How they got me information, I do not know. When I contacted them on several occasions they tried to convince me to keep this so called warranty. When I reiterated I want it cancelled, then you put a so called supervisor on the phone. Very frustrating tried to stop them from taking my money.

This company preys on people like my elderly mother. For ridiculous services. They are hoping to deceive you, catch you off guard and pretend to be a part of your current home or auto warranty. They seemed to realize that my mom was duped into the auto coverage and pestered her about her home coverage. They told her this insurance fills in the gaps of what your current home and auto insurance doesnt cover, you know, those pesky loop holes.High monthly payments for something that she doesnt have to even worry about because her vehicle is a couple years old. My mom has been unable to cancel so I intercepted a call one day when they were hounding her daily, several times, for a payment. The customer service is a joke.. I only reached customer service because the billing department transferred the call. This man was not able to give me any policy information or account numbers. It seems as though this problem should be over and that this situation was shut down, but I dont think this is the last well hear from them.It ***** that youre probably here reading this after you (or someone you know) have been sucked into this. Older people especially dont recognize scams or think to investigate companies offering services. Walco or whatever version of the name youre getting is disgusting. There is no option for no stars. They get NO STARS!! This needs to be shut down

This company pretended to be my home warranty company. After reaching out to my home warranty company they let me know they have not been pulling a payment of of my account. I did some research and found that this company has been pulling money from my account for the last 18 months. I have lost about 3K and I want all of my money back. Anyone know how I can get this resolved? Since its been over 90 days my bank can not give me a refund for all of the funds that were lost. I still dont know how this company received access to my information.

My mother has no idea where they got her information. Have been charging $197.99 monthly. She does not know where they received her information from. Messages to her rude/strong arm type tactics. I have contacted her bank in regards to this matter. Next will be attorney.

Its a **** that stole thousands from my daughter,we are disputing through our bank and getting an attorney .they need to be stopped.

They do alleged charges to a person's debit/credit card. Was told $99 for full coverage. Charged me $160.83. It was from a company named Allera that charged over and over my card till it went through. I'm not pleased with their practices. Then the person I talked to wouldn't listen to me told be to let her speak. I'm the customer she should have listened to me.
