ServPro was contacted to come to residence for basement cleanup after 9/11 flooding in the area. Over the phone, it was agreed they would arrive on 9/16 after 11AM. On 9/16 the cleaners arrived prior to 9am, at which point I told them the basement was unavailable due to movers clearing out flooded items in basement. They were instructed by their boss via phone to sit in car and wait.At 11AM, the cleaners came in and took pictures and began cleaning.They left sometime between 12pm and 1pm stating they were done. Because the floor was still wet, I was unable to see the finished work. After it dried some hour or so later, I reviewed the work and found that it was still very dirty looking. I took pictures and sent to the cleaners complaining. The boss, *****, called me and said she was very upset with the cleaners and would send them back to do the work over later. They arrived after 5pm and stayed for around an hour.All work was done, looked clean, and they left.Fast forward to last week 11/30, I received a voicemail from ServPro asking for me to review an estimate. This is the first time I heard from ServPro since they left on 9/16. Then I received an invoice for $3579.37 in the mail a few days later. The invoice included an itemized breakdown of all the costs for the cleaning... Many of which we did not ask or hold true to be done, including the hours worked.I contacted them immediately and complained about the unfairness of it all and they did not want to help. They also claimed to have contacted me on a large list of phone numbers that are not mine.
