They had recorded the session & below was discussed for which I didnt receive support Based on recording 1.Ive been promised for custom diet program aligned to my ethnicity which is not provided 2.I have severe heel pain and back pain so I am not mobile enough and had also told that doctor asked me not to stand too much which I informed but still I have added exercise to finish 7 k steps.3.I have told that I cant do Dip exercise as I feel scared they said we cant change the exercise 4.There is no information on stretching before starting exercise and because of that I did hurt my hip and aim still in pain for which I am taking message sessions 5.The App gave me undefined error soon after I file a dispute so since then I didnt get access to program which is almost from Feb end. 6.First trainer didnt even attend the session so I had no information even a week after starting the program 7.I was clearly told that program is for 1 year and you wont have monthly calls after 3 months but you will receive online guidance from trainer which they are denying now. 8.I was going through a lot as my son was hospitalized for a month mentally, emotionally, physically and financially. I did inform them that I do require continues follow up which they promised but no action on that 9.After a month of program start they informed me on how to make correct entries for food under myfitnesspal as they cant see correctly ( so 1k and they cant even inform that) 10.Their std. vides have different machine than my gym but there is no support on that either. 11.They took advantage by providing incorrect input 12.For affirm they mentioned that there is no interest but interest is high for around 3k I have to pay 500$13.I am trying to make affirm payment that is also not happening and This whole experience is torture for me emotionally , financially and physically.
