To whom it may concern, I *************************** have reason to believe and accuse Burton Calanaan funeral home service of the following.1) Breeching cremation arrangement made on 11/01/2022 with the next of kin eldest son ****************************2) Failure to provide explanation of why I am unable to receive my Fathers cremations I meet with ************* 11/01/2022 on my Fathers brother, ***** Burton suggestion. ***** Burton was present. In cremation arrangement for my Dad. ***** Burton mentioned a Ren number that would help provide funding to pay for some or all the cost as I did no have the allotted funds to appropriately do it on my own. Per Mr. ******** and I conversation due to my Dads income being subpar and him being declared a indigent the state would pay for a portion.A cremation contract was drawn up for myself and before leaving my understanding was the state covered $1300 which left a $685 balance that was verbalized. I made these arrangements out of town as live in ***** and ***** Burton. mv Uncle would cover the remain.Unbeknownst to me that balance did not get paid and when my mom help me inquire about the hold up on the cremation remains ************* informed her my dad did not qualify For any benefits and there was a unpaid Full balance of $1900.00. I only became aware of this information when my Mom inquired due to the length of time that had gone by at that point. When tried to speak to Mr. ******** after what came off as him avoiding me. informed me that need to speak with my Uncle ***** Burton about it all instead or him.As of right now currently I do not know where the cremains are as ************* is telling me to talk to My uncle and my Uncle is telling me to talk to Mr. ******** The contract was drawn 11/1/2022 it is 12/02/2022 and I do not have resolve or answers from Mr. ******** who agreed to do the service on behalf of my Dad who had my contract with.Regards CParker ************
