Contract #: ************. Paid for services on June 2nd, 2023, money was taken on June 5th, 2023. Contacted Office via phone on Monday, June 5th, to cancel all services due to unknown will that had services provided already. Contacted offices today, June 13th, 2023, to request an update for the refund. Was advised at the time, Notice of cancellation letter was needed to proceed with cancellation, but no information was given at the time during the cancellation phone call. Advised employee, why wasn't this advised at the time of the 1st call. Now I have to wait 30 days for the refund....? That makes no sense at all !Business response

Good afternoon,
We explained to ********************** that our refunds normally take 30 days to process and to allow time for mailing the refund to the purchaser. We certainly understood ************************** concern about the timing. In the interest of good customer service, we expedited the process to provide a refund check. We were successful with expediting his refund and the check was delivered via overnight shipping to his address with a confirmed delivery of June 16, 2023. It is our understanding that ************************* concerns are resolved.
