      I wanted to love this company and my sofa, but the customer service is near impossible to get a hold of and they will not work with you. I have a less than two year old sofa and asked if I could order a new cushion because my dog had chewed one will they not do one new cushion they will not let me buy the fabric to get one made myself. These fabrics are clearly stocked fabrics available for every sofa and chair that they build. When I asked why I couldnt get fabric, they told me that somebody would email me and I got disconnected from the chat. You cannot pick up a phone and speak to an actual person and now I have a ruined sofa which seems extremely wasteful. To add to the problem, the first person that I spoke to told me that I could get new covers for all of my cushions, they even placed the order in the system ( See attached photo). Then they came back and told me they couldnt do it and canceled the order. If this is not something they could do then how could they have put it in the system?? Do not recommend ever ordering anything from this company.

      I have followed their instructions on submitting a return via email. Per their site, it shows a 50% processing fee on returns for made to order items. I have a made to order item that with tax cost around $1600. I have emailed asking the amount I can expect for a refund, and they are only offering me around $400. I have emailed them countless times the last few days, and am told someone will get back to me in 1-2 business days. It has now been 2 business days with no response.

      Purchasing a sofa from Interior Define was the worst purchase experience of my life. What a complete and utter NIGHTMARE. I purchased a custom sofa from their LA location back in 2022 (the "sofa of my dreams", or so I thought!). After waiting about 10 months (yes, 10 months of delay after delay), the sofa never arrived. Additionally, the company kept my almost $2,000. Here we are 2 full years later and I'm still trying to get my money back and was told I'll need to seek legal help to even attempt to do so.Please don't give Interior Define your money or time. To make things even worse, they are still doing business! The new company that took over (Havenly) did not fulfill all of the previous customer orders (or at least refund people for orders that never came!) and is running as if nothing happened. This was a horrible experience!

      I placed an order for them in 2021 at the ******, ***** showroom. Custom couch, ottoman, and pillows. Paid up front and they said it would *********** months to manufacture and build my pieces. 8 months went by and I could never get an answer from them. Customer service never responded. And I never received my order. They never refunded my money or gave me store credit. I had to hire an attorney and am still working to get something in return for my almost $5,000 order!Completely disappointed and feel cheated by them.

      Sofa we received was not what we ordered. They initially refused to fix their mistake. After leaving a bad review on Yelp they got back to me, then we discovered the zippers on the cushions had failed so the cushions were hanging out of the leather. They have now refunded our money and we will send it back and not buy from them again. At least theyre finally making it right.

      If this could be given zero stars, I would. We ordered a sofa in May 2022 that the company has not fulfilled. We are out over $2,000 with no one to even contact. We were told repeatedly that our order was built and just delayed and finally received notification on the website that the order can not be completed. How this is even possible is beyond me--and I still get advertisements from the company (who is still selling furniture) trying to get me to buy something. It's really disgraceful.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My chair and ottoman were never delivered that I paid over $1500 for - was never refunded and no one will respond to calls, emails etc. Received some claim form stating theyre filing bankruptcy but have never received any follow up. MONEY ILL NEVER SEE!! Horrible!

      This is the worse experience I have ever had with purchasing products. We ordered a couch in March 2022. We were building a new house and they promised delivery in July. They requested 100% payment of the $4400. The worse thing we ever done! One email after another saying delivery delayed. Our house was complete with no couch in August. Finally the last email said delivery would be February 2023! After November, no more contact until they sent a form in December where we could ask for a refund. Then zero communications. I then called and acted like I was purchasing furniture for them to answer. They told me the company was purchased and we would not receive and refund!!! I read this has happened to thousands of customers. The owners should be behind bars

      Happy to add my story here. HORRIBLE. They went belly up. Got a life line. and are now open for business. Meanwhile, they stole $4600 from **. Never got any furniture. And no money returned. We've tried everything.
