      Will not be shopping with this company again, and, like others here, I strongly recommend you dont, either. I ordered a replacement cushion for a patio chair, and the product I received looks nothing like the picture in the product page. The quality of materials seems on par with much cheaper products found at big box retailers. It was a custom order, though, and not returnable. Its Amazed these guys are still in business

      Please be advised that item specific replacement cushion imagery is not provided by the manufacturer which is why we put stock photos and encourage customers to verify before purchase. These are hand-sewn and are made to fit compatible frames only.

      Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for either refund or site credit (see exceptions below).       All returns and exchanges are subject to applicable return shipping fees. Orders over $1,000 are subject to a 15% restocking fee; in addition, items marked as special order may be subject to additional restocking fee.       Canceled order 4 days after I placed it based on the reason of "pricing error". I contacted them and said that their price was the same as other online retailers and they could not provide any reason besides a pricing error. They should honor their mistake and provide better assistance to their customers.

      These guys are a train wreck. Do not walk, run away from this company. They promise delivery, send you a confirmation that your furniture has shipped, and what you find out (in my 9 days after the supposed pick up date), the item was not shipped. What you get from customer service when you call is " It is not our fault, it is the freight company" Pointing out the obvious that they hired the freight company so they are at fault and did nothing to get any help.

      Buyer be warned. I purchased a wood table from Luxedecor.com and if I had been home the items were delivered I would have refused the order. The items I purchase both called out the table material as wood but when the items arrived there was a very cheap laminate covering with a culture marble that looks nothing like the photos on the site. When purchasing a dining table and counsel table costing a combined $3600, there is no way I would expect laminate.Because I did not have the original packaging, the items were unable to be returned. The website is falsely advertising the tables as wood had I known they were laminate, I would have never made the purchase.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!! Delivered a damaged product and wouldnt replace it or give me my money back. This company is only interested in profits over their customers. Will be reporting to BBB. Companies like this should not be in business, so do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.

      Be wary when ordering from them online. If you need to return anything, they charge a 30% restocking fee + shipping, which can add up to almost the full price of the item itself. If you have a choice, buy from Amazon instead and save yourself the headache.

      UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS. I should have read their BBB reviews before purchasing anything from them. You would think that a business with a luxurious, modern front would offer a great shopping and customer service experience. To my surprise, they don't correlate at all. I found myself reaching out to their customer service about an order cancellation because I wasn't receiving any shipping updates within the time frame they listed on their website. When I did, they told me they couldn't find my order - this was in part, due to the fact that I accidentally provided the wrong email, but I've provided the screenshot of the transaction# and other info nonetheless. They made me think that the info I provided was sufficient enough to make the conclusion that my order truly didn't exist in their system. After reaching out to them, I get an order confirmation email separate from my original order confirmation email from a week ago. I thought, how strange? Then came the shipping status email a few days later. With that I reached out to customer service again, asking why an order is being shipped when they clearly told me my order wasn't in the system. (By this time, I had already bought the item from a different business). They kept saying it was too late to cancel my order and that the order will be shipped and that I'm subject to paying for the shipping costs if I want to return it. I kept fighting them about it and they kept pushing their "as per our terms and conditions" as an effort to shut me up and deal with the shipping cost. No other accommodations, just a - Oh well, you deal with the cost.They could put more energy in ensuring they have all the order info before claiming it doesn't exist and find an actual solution to help a misled customer, and not charge the customer for the return shipping label.

      **************** is terrible. There are extensive delays with shipping and they want a 50% (!) restocking fee to cancel an order that is WEEKS late. Terrible company. Do not order from them.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we reviewed internally and confirmed the halt of production. I see you requested cancellation on 7/5.   Per our terms and conditions, at the time the order is placed, an email with order confirmation is sent, which includes the approximate lead time for the order. Please be aware, shipping dates are only estimated and can change based on product availability. Once the order is accepted by the manufacturer, we will send you an updated approximated ship date if its different from the original date that was communicated during order confirmation. We worked with the vendor regarding your request. Because the order did not go through production, yet we were able to cancel the order and provide you a full refund. Please note that while the refund is immediate on our end, it may take 48 to 72 business hours to be reflected by your banking institute. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

      As a business, I don't write reviews about others. But they have no interest in fixing issues. There is a glitch on their website with the Galtech umbrellas. You click a base thinking you are requesting it in the quote- and it is not. Called 5x no resolution. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time. Shady request quote business practices.

      The shipping and customer service is terrible. The shipping window quoted for my goods was 1-7 days (which is why I purchased from them) and it arrived in about 3+ weeks, missing the event for which they were ordered. Additionally, they only shipped one of two items ordered. The customer service turnaround time is several days between inquiries (both with the phone and live chat options). It seems as if they are a middle man - take the order and then place it directly with the manufacturer, rather than having items in stock and/or shipping directly under their ownership. I found the entire process to be highly unsatisfactory and significantly subpar, even compared to discount websites like Overstock and Wayfair (where I have had very good experiences). I would not order from them again under any circumstances.I cancelled the remainder of my order but have yet to receive any sort of confirmation.
