      I purchased a home from this business recently.The business has not completed the items on the punchlist which includes cracks in the ceiling and rust on the balcony. In addition, new items have come up such as bricks separating above the fireplace and the balcony railing now wobbles which they have also not fixed.The attorney for the builder had agreed to resolve the issues (with the exception of the fireplace, though I believe that should be covered as it is a non-trivial issue), at least when they were responding. Both the builder and their attorney have stopped responding to my emails and text messages.In addition, to the above issues the builder damaged the brick parkway which existed prior to the home being built and then covered it up with dirt and grass.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1. There's a crack in my ceiling and I have pictures and emails to prove it's existence dating back to before I took possession of the home. But, this is the least of the issues. 

      2. I highly doubt the fireplace was intended that have this crack. You can clearly see the red wording/numbers from the drywall behind. Nobody would design a fireplace like that.

      3. The business didn't respond to the claims of the rusting balcony and the fact that it wobbles.

      EZMB LLC, which is represented by ******************* and Associates provided new construction building with 7 residential and one commercial unit under ***************************************************************. Our unit was closed in good faith on April 1st, 2022. The feedback however on lack of completed punch-out lists extends to the majority of the other residential units in the building as well. The agreed upon punch-list (attached) was supposed to be completed by April 30th, with many of the items going several months passed the deadline causing substantial inconveniences in scheduling, work disruptions, lack of storage etc. Additionally, there are a number of items still outstanding including the balcony railings, storage lockers (for entire building) and a number smaller items as well. As part of the process, there is currently $2,500 in escrow to ensure completion of this punch-list. Understanding the continued delays and lack of response from EZMB and representative attorney, the ask to complete the communal storage lockers and return the $2,500 understanding the substantial inconveniences from incomplete items over the last 6 months. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring theme for EZMB and ***. ******* reviews dating back 3 years highlighting incomplete items and unresponsiveness). Additional Yelp reviews on how they mistreat people. https://www.yelp.com/biz/***********************-g-and-associates-pc-*******.E-mail to EZMB/Representing Lawyer on August 11th (4 months after close) willing to set dates for larger outstanding items and received 0 response (excerpt attached) E-mail from my Lawyer on **** (5.5 months after close) asking to return escrow money in the amount of $2,500 to forgo any pending in-unit punch-list items (outside of storage units) so we could hire our own contractors - no response. (Storage pictures attached ****. No progress made/timeline provided) Hopeful something can be done to protect consumers egregious treatment from EZMB&Dan.

      The company failed to complete all tasks of a "Punch List" agreed upon on closing of our building. The condominium unit was purchased April 14, 2021. EZMB LLC, the Seller, agreed to complete open items that were remaining that were agreed upon, but not yet finished at time of closing. The initial agreement was to complete within 30 days of closure. At the time of this complaint, the following items have not been completed:1) Cabinet Modifications 2) Shower marble cracked (part of year-long warranty, but has not been resolved.)
