***** did an incredible job building a new room in our house. The job was professional, high quality and done very quickly. We also asked for unique design aspects such as using antique doors and handles as well as making cutout transom windows. ***** worked with us on all the unique details to make sure they came out exactly as we wanted. He thought of little details as well like lighting and outlets to make sure the room was safe and functional. We really like working with ***** and would absolutely recommend him and his team.Review from Samuel G

O&L General Contractors did an amazing job with my basement! Very professional and fast. He owns his own company which makes feel a more comfortable and trusting feeling and you deal one to one. We started out with a contractor working on repairs to our front porch, steps and sidewalk. Well, he couldn't finish the job due to illness. After contacting several contractors, we found O&L General Contractors, **** *********************** who owns the company and his crew did a fantastic job in completing the project on time and at a reasonable cost. ***** is a very honest and trusting individual who wants to do excellent work for you. If we ever need more work done to our house, O&L is the first contractor we will call!Review from Levi W

***** and his team did a phenomenal job on our complete kitchen, bath and bedroom remodel in December 2022. The quality of their work was incredible. ***** is a true professional, kind, and truly cares that the project is done right. His team was careful to make sure every small detail was exactly how we wanted it. They were very skilled, dependable, showed up every day on schedule and he communicated constantly with us about the project. We would highly recommend him and will absolutely work with him again in the future. If I could give O&L 6 stars I would!Review from Audrey B

I have nothing but good things to say about O&L General Contractors. They are very professional, on time and willing to work with the client on contract agreements. They did a wonderful job on some masonry / tuckpointing work at my building relating to many city violations, he did the job and more.After he completed the tuckpointing and masonry work, that included rebuilding an outside brick wall, he also did a good job on painting one of my vacant apartments, which helped expedite the apartment to be rented to some new tenants. Very grateful to have met and worked with *****, the head of the company. O&L did an amazing job on my bathroom. I contacted ***** after 3 years to complete a bathroom project for me. ***** and his crew listened to my vision for the bathroom and delivered. They paid attention to every detail and made sure that I was happy with their work at each step of the project. When we ran into unforeseen issues, his crew was able to figure it out and get it done. Outstanding service!! O&L is very professional in all phases of their work ethic. From the initial interview, through all the logistical steps needed to complete the job, in a timely manner. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with their workmanship, and are looking forward to hiring them again for future projects on my home. My parents bought their south loop apartment back in the middle of 2020. Even though the apartment was not in bad shape, they did want to renovate it and have it all done brand new. After searching for a long time and interviewing many general contractors, I came across ***** General Contractors. I spoke with ***** and I immediately felt that he and his company were perfect for the job. We spoke about what I wanted done and the timeline. He displayed great attention to detail and was very thorough explaining how the process would work and set the right expectations. The building management was extremely difficult to work with at times and required constant and clear communication throughout the entire process, but ***** was very prepared and always overcame all the challenges presented by the building staff. The final product looks amazing and we are extremely happy with all the results. We got what we wanted and are very happy to have worked with ***** General Contractors on this rehab. ***** from O&L General Contractors *** is a real PRO! Him and his crew came out and took care of our new deck build. ***** came out and gave us some pointers on what we could do. His recommendations are priceless, because it sets us up to do additional work/build down the road. The materials he used were of great quality and he put some very nice details in his work. You can tell that ***** takes pride in his work. The craftmanship shows in his finish project. He was very honest and we had a great open line of communication from start to finish of the job. He was very pleasant to work with. Upon completion of the Deck, he and his crew cleaned-up and just left us a finish product that will be able to enjoy for years to come. Can't wait for spring to begin so we can start using our new deck every day. Great all-around job! Will be hiring ***** and his crew for future contracting needs. He will not disappoint and its money well spent!Thank you - ****************
