Would give them a zero but it wont let me. Horrible service, they will not answer their phone. I was told technician was on his way at 6:45 am and never showed up after waiting 8 hours. Every time I call he has some other excuse as to why he is not there. Over 8 hours of waiting the technician ****** will not answer his phone and the company ******* Maintenance wont either. Dont waste you time with them.

My hot water heater went out on 8/20/21. I filed a claim with Choice Warranty and they emailed me this company to service my call. On Monday, August 23, 2021, RC sent a contractor to my home to look at the issue. Once completed they said I will get a call from them on Wednesday and a claim would be filed. I paid them my $75 deductible and they left. Wednesday comes and go, no answer. I called the company on Thursday to follow-up and I'm told she will contact the contractor. I kept calling eventually the young lady (who works out of her home) says she is having a hard time contacting the contractor. Couple more days go by I'm getting the run-around. Monday, I speak to the lady on the phone again, she says the contractor lost his phone that had pictures and asked if I would take pics of the hot water system and send to her she will then file a claim the same day. I checked online with Choice, no claim was ever filed. I'm calling and calling, the phone goes to vm, but the mailbox is full so you can't leave messages, but I get automatic text messages "I'm in a meeting will call back." No call back. By this time I'm out of $75, and no response from RC. Finally, on Friday, Sept 3 she texted me she just talked to the warranty department that morning and are going over all claims today, apologize for the inconvenience. NOTHING was ever filed with Choice Warranty. I called Choice and complained several times throughout this horrible experience. I demanded from Choice to send another company contractor out. I want RC Home Maintenance to refund me my $75 because they didn't do what they were supposed to do and the inconvenience of not having hot water because they failed to do a job. We pay our deductible for a service not excuses. Now, I have to wait for another contractor to come to my house this week because RC failed me. This is not professional and no one should experience this from any company. It's not fair and bad for business.

This company was supposed to come to my house. They took the bid that was posted by Choice Home Warranty. Then I was told it would be three days before they could come out. They gave me a 3 to 8 pm window. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Then at the end of my window I called them and they told me "...the technician for Indiana was not available today." So I asked, "Don't you think you should have called and told me about that?" She said yes and had no excuse. So I called CHW and they called RC and confirmed what I said. Then CHW prodded me to use them anyway. So I reluctantly agreed. The next day THE SAME THING!. They didn't call or show up. So if you want a company that's completely irresponsible and doesn't care about you or the water heater leaking on your floor then give RC H ***** a call (at home because I heard kids in the background).
