In the summer of 2015, **** helped my wife and I make our kitchen a reality. This was a complete gut-rehab. He moved a wall, completely rewired the kitchen, laid a new floor and floated it into the existing hallway floor (hardwood maple), installed new cabinets, moved the drain lines to put the sink in front of the window, added a dishwasher and crafted a pretty sweet washer dryer enclosure. Most recently, **** did a repair job on our first floor. A corner of the plaster ceiling in the living room was falling away from the lathe. He was able to quickly cut out the deteriorated section and replace, mud, prime and paint over a two-day period. In addition, before our most recent tenants moved in, **** painted the entire place (2 bed, 1 bath) over the course of a 3 day period. In addition, during this time he was able to do some repair work throughout (drywall, carpentry, etc.)His work is reliable and consistent. **** continues to have work, so its best to contact him ahead and schedule in advance.
