I submitted a gift card for sale . It was $100 in value and it was agreed upon that they would issue me payment within 10 business days after approved for $68. It was approved on January 13th. They wont answer my phone calls and wont answer my emails.Initial Complaint

On August 8th I submitted a ********* gift card($185.08 and was to receive $85.00) to sell to gift card outlets and was told it takes 10 business days to process request. On August 22nd spoke to a representative and was told that my payout will process next day and have not received payout yet. And when trying to call today, I was blocked by the company and could not call any more. I called from another phone and the call was answered and then that number also was put on a block list with this company. I want my promised payout on this matter.Initial Complaint

Transaction Date 12/28/22. Purchased a gift card for $375.08. When i went to use it it had a zero balance. I checked the balance as soon as i purchased it to make sure i was within their "60 day refund policy." However, when i went to use the balance later, it was ZERO. This seems to be a pattern with this company (just read through the other complaints here). I went to the company and simply asked them to fix the issue and they refused. When you call they are nice to you, but then they just send you a form letter/email declining to do anything about your gift card being worthless. I'm requesting a refund as this is obvious gift card fraud. GC Outlets has already refused to give a refund.Initial Complaint

I just made this complaint and it was closed to returned from provider but told me to resend and reference complaint #.21794765 if there was another i found which i did. Bought a ****** gift card from business 9/2023 and it was $293.49. It was an egiftcard i checked the balance online it was there i went to merchant tried to use it but wouldnt scan however online it showed a balance so i assumed it was cashier mistake when j tried it within the first 60 days. I went in may and not working manager looked at it to trype it in and also thought balance was there but then found it was initially $300 on it but some one had digitally taken it so i was scammed. The lady who i called that day exactly said if someone took the balance we will investigate and refund. Well i get a generated email saying no invisigation, no refund since over 60 days despite her telling me so and me getting scammed i used none of it and would like a refund they just told no when callingInitial Complaint

Transaction date 01/22/2024 Sold a $100 Cabela's gift card for $67.00 The funds have been removed from my gift card and still haven't received payment. 01/24 they emailed back saying I needed to enter payment information which I had done already on the 22nd Feb 4 I contacted them again and the 6th and this was there reply your payment details have been shared with the accounts department and your payment will be processed by the end of the day today. We apologize for the delay but due to a heavy volume of sell orders there was a slight technical issue that is now been resolved. Then I received a 2nd email on the 6th saying only the back side of my dl was submitted which is false but I went ahead and sent a photo of my DL to the email and also uploaded it in website Feb 7 I got this email The id verification takes about a day as we have a heavy flow of Sell order, As soon as we received the front of your identity we forwarded it to the accounts department. your payment will be processed in the next 24 hrs. as protocol Today now the 9th still no payment has been processed and still saying I'd is under verification.Initial Complaint

I sold $1,000 worth of gift cards to Gift Card Spreads for $825 in June 2021 (they received by certified mail on 6/3/21). I was promised an ACH payment within 10 days. I called several times and they kept saying they were going to pay me. Then they said they filed for bankruptcy and couldn't process any payments until the courts allowed it, but as soon as they could, they would process my payment. It looks like they reopened for business under the name Gift Card Outlets (not sure when). I emailed them on 11/29/23 asking them to process my payment and haven't gotten a response.Initial Complaint

#SO-5257732376 was the order number associated with the sale of 3 Buffalo Wild Wings gift cards valued $150 in total. I originally offered a payout of ***** for each gift card, and they countered my offer at I believe 63 percent of the total value of each card. I was supposed to receive just a little over 100 in total for the sold gift cards, however, upon giving them my documentation (photos of drivers license), the company zeroed the balances of all three cards and have stopped responding to any calls or correspondences I have attempted to make. The order shows as approved, but no funds are being exchanged for gift cards that have been effectively stolen. I no longer have access to my online account, and I believe my calls are being screened. If left unresolved, I will not stop attempts to receive funds and I will be filing complaints with other government agencies including the *************************** as well as relentlessly calling to find a resolution.Initial Complaint
