The firm www.giftcardoutlets.com sold a ********* gift card (of stated value 50$) for 33.62$ on ********. But when I tried to use it for the very 1st time at ********* on ******** there is only 1.20$ on this.I contacted the firm on ******** (via ********************************** & website) and they said they will look at it. (Ticket UI-**********). Then emailed back a few days later claiming "beyond the 60 day return policy as listed on the terms on our website, we are unable to assist your issue with this purchase."This is outright fraud. They seem to be selling the same card to multiple people.Initial Complaint

This place buys Giftcards. I sold 2 giftcards to them. April 29, 2024, and May 2,2024. I haven't heard much from them. I sent them several Emails to which They said 10days to wait for payment. It's been longer. I need this to feed my family. I called today, They keep telling me they sent a memo to accounts. I ask aren't they in the same building?. The lady told me information on one card. To which I told her there are 2 gifts cards. She then told me the information on the second card. And that she would get ahold of them. While on the phone she told me she was having trouble on her part getting ahold of them. She told me I should have payment for one today. But they were sold the same time. This company is taking gift card information and personal information from people and not fulfilling their obligation for the trades. Who knows what they will do with my info at this point. Complete scammers. They are not even located at the address given on their website. This is a complete fraud SCAM.Initial Complaint

On January 31st sold them $25 gift cards. Never received payment but gift cards have been wiped clean will not respond to emails or return phone calls. I want my money back and this business needs to be shut down they are a scamInitial Complaint

This company did not payout the money the owed for my gift card instead they stole the info and took what was on the card. I had exactly $213.33 on my gift card then my balance was $0.00 after giving them the information in attempt to sell the gift card but never got a payout. Instead they claimed they could not pay me due to the zero balance after they took the funds off the gift card. They are thiefs.Initial Complaint

I had went to this site to use their services and it had sat for a bit. Then what happened was I placed a call in the morning about my status. Prior to the call I verified the balance of card and it was also done by the representative. Not even an hour after talking to the man we hung up as he said it would take 10 days to issue the funds, I said that is too ********** you the system also verified the card and info.. now magically after the lady took many minutes to pull things up and talk to me she began fighting with me about the balance. I sold a gift card to the company via online over 20 days ago and have not received payment. I've emailed over 5 times and theor phone number provider is not a real number for the business. They finally responded the other day saying they would expedite the payment. 3 days later I am still waiting. I have provided them with valid I.D. and two avenues to make the payment in.
