    Do NOT sell with them!I have used GCX aka "Raise" since 2018 and had no issues until now. I listed a $25 gift card on March 28th and it takes days for it to be "live". Okay, that's fine. But when it sold on March 30th, it said funds would be available April 1st. Cool, two days to wait I guess. Nope! April 1st, 2025 they implemented a new selling tier which means unless you sell $20,000 A QUARTER(!) you have to wait 14 days after the sale for the funds to be available for payout. So, promptly my funds were not available until days later to "request" payout which I waited patiently to request then April 15th. Today is the 17th and while it originally states 2-5 business days for ****** under "withdrawal history" it says April 27th for expected payout! This is for $17 guys, it's not an obsene or suspicious amount of money. You really want your average seller to wait ONE MONTH for $17? Go elsewhere.

    I am a seller on their site and have had little problems so far. Today. 4/1, they changed their fee structure from only ~15% of the card value to now an additional $0.30. This not only affects the sellers but also the buyers and themselves since I have to sell for $0.30 more to make up for that fee so I don't get paid which means they do not either if they don't get sales with this change being the reason due to forced price increase on the seller side. They will only waive the fee for $100,000+ sales and I don't even get close to that at all. The competitors will get more business which is the only good from this crazy change.

    Bought multiple gift cards from seller. 5 of which were $0. Company does not respond to my many requests for them to honor their guarantee. Sensing i have been getting the run around i will be disputing with my credit card company and will not be spending at this establishment. Why have a guarantee if you aren't going to respond.

    A scam company, I highly suspect all their gift cards are from illegal source. I purchased ****** gift card from them and ****** voided the gift card and deactivated my account, what I need is the original receipt of the gift card purchasing but they cant provide it and the customer service refuse to fix it or provide any supported material to solve the problem.

    Ordered a gift card in January and had issues, they responded and resolved it right away. Ordered again on Saturday had issues and have had no help. They replied that Im out of my service agreement, but how I just ordered a few days ago. I think they are assuming its the old order from January even though they can see that the order number and gift card numbers are different. Also the number is completely invalid its not like its been used, it cant be used at all. If its not resolved by 3.28.25 Ill have to file a chargeback with my bank and post negative reviews on all social media about their lying about the *** to get out of refunding me.

    STAY AWAY from GCX !!!I ordered an ****** gift at over 11% off on February 2nd. 5 days later, they still have not been able to provide me with a card number!!! They told me to use the phone app, as their website wasn't working - and the phone app didn't work either!!I emailed them back and forth, sending in screen video of what was happening, and telling them I have tried 3 different browsers. Nothing worked.After about 14 back and forth messages, they asked me to try another browser and send them screen shots!! I had done both of them days earlier in the troubleshooting process so I have no idea why they wanted me to do it again except that they had no idea what was wrong.I did get as chuckle today as I got a message saying that they have deactivated my account for the "security of your account and personal information". Like I was going to use the account again after all this!!!

    BEWAREGCX is a SCAM-Steer clear I was a loyal customer for years when it used to be **************************. Ever since GCX took over I have been having several issues with purchasing their discounted gift cards. In January 2025, I purchased a Doordash gift card which according to Doordash was non-existent. It was not redeemed and can not be redeemed as it does not exist. I went back and forth with GCX, they asked for written proof from Doordash that gift card was not redeemed. I provided GCX with proof and they refused to do a refund. I asked for a credit and they also refused. GCX is a fraud, scam. They fail to follow through with their 90day money guarantee. I purchased gift card on 1/19/25 and same day emailed GCX. It is now 1/24/25, several emails later- GCX refuses to give me a refund nor credit.

Upon review, we were able to confirm that the card was previously resubmitted for an investigation process but was later escalated for dispute to your financial institution. Due to the dispute process, we can not proceed further with resolution as this matter must now be resolved by your bank. Overall, we understand how frustrating this may be.     I have personally bought over 50 gift cards over an extended period of time and never had an issue. I've saved tons of money and recommended it to others. There are a few brands that have negative ratings that I'm a little hesitant to buy cards from. So I can't testify to that. But all the ones I've bought have given me no issues. Love checking this before I need to get something.
