Signed up for an account, wasn't what I needed. I requested not to be emailed and unsubscribed from their emailiing list. Still getting emails and when I called, was on hold for over and hour and when I requested a call back, and put my number in, the system just hangs up on me.Initial Complaint

This morning, Nov.3, 2023, my checking account was debited $24.65 without my consent. The information on my bank account ledger is as follows. ****** POS PURCHASE 123RF LLC ******* ** ******** ******-24.65 From this information, I looked up. the company on the internet and found that they are a stock image company. I am an artist but I only buy stock images from Adobe and would not ever have purchased anything from this company. I certainly wouldn't have set up an account with them. I would like to be refunded the 24,64 and would like for my information to be erased from their books. I feel that if anything, this is a fraudulent charge. I called them and they wanted my credit card number to look up the account. They kept saying they could not look it up without the last four digits. I finaly gave it to them. I hope I haven't been scammed yet again.Business response

I have been submitting photos to 123rf for over a decade now as Contributor. My login email is ************************ However, for the last several months, probably almost a year now, my photos are not getting reviewed. At this time I have about **** photos in the review queue. Is the site still live? I have sent several emails and nothing has happened. Please advise.Business response

I messaged this company and explained to them that i did not sign up for a subscription and wanted them to stop charging my card and wanted a immediate refund. they emailed me back and said i have a installment plan with their company which I do not have not and will not! I am a victim of identity theft and do not recall using their services and now because they told me I had to pay them more money to cancel there services I would never use this scamming website. I would like a refund and no further contact with this companyBusiness response
