This company auto renewed me and I didn't even know my account was on auto renewal. I am attempting to get my money back now and have filed a dispute with the credit card company. Pay Pal was no help at all. So far 3 emails to *************************** have been ignored. I found out from my credit card company that I can have this merchant blocked once the dispute is settled, so some of you may want to do the same thing. I also hate the fact that they are in ******* and the only way to reach them is via email.Review from Christopher H

Almost never does the site allow me to log on. None of the help suggestions ever work, and the chat function has been on holiday for days. My last-ditch effort has been to go to my computer's password manager and click the site's URL. BUT the pw listed in password manager is the same one that is always rejected by the *************************** site. I'm paying for a site that never works properly for me.Review from Emily W

Loved this company several years ago but now cards aren't always sent and can't find out which didn't get sent. There is no one to answer my questions and no one responded to my complaints.Very disappointed and I will no longer try to send cards anymore.******Review from Lydia S

This company took $30 subscription from my bank account even though my account has been closed for several years. I filled out their customer complaint form but no response and I refund. Im going to contact the bank.Review from michael t

contine to charge blindly and there is no way to stop them this is a rip off fraudulent website and company...no way to stop there subscription on their website.horrible horrible customer service, constantly ripping off unsuspecting customers with their subscription charges they should be jailed!Review from Chelia M

This company has been taken over by the enemy, just like the world! They make their site where you cant cancel your subscription nor delete your banking information! I called my bank and reported them! I used their company for years, but some screwball company has taken over and it appears to be ******* Sad they will eventually go under.. The sooner that happens, the better before more people are screwed!!!BEWARE!!!Review from Jackie C

Great Cards Great Price Not sure how $20 yearly with unlimited selection can be anything but FAB!It has been a fun time sorting through the ************* and artistic array of cards for others.My colleagues friends and family have thoroughly enjoyed receiving the beautiful music with scenic videos.Keep up the great work!Review from Janet C.

I renewed my membership to ************************* a week ago. I called them almost immediately to cancel because I found the website hard to use. I'm 80 yrs. old. Yes, I did call them. I talked to a gentleman about it and ended up telling him I would try it again. I opened the website today and logged in to Chat. I chatted with ******* He was very rude, but he said that he would cancel it, but there would be no refund. He said that I couldn't have talked to someone because they don't have a customer service line. He indicated that I used the service twice this year and that's 2 lies. I wasn't getting anywhere, so I made a copy of the chat and I closed out.
