            Pulse did everything right. We had new gutters installed last year--they always leaked and soon began to overflow--even right after being cleaned. A friend (an architect who manages commercial construction projects) recommended Pulse. ***** came out to give us a bid. He explained the gutters were hung incorrectly (they were attached on top of our two-year old shingles instead of under, with the supports always on the outside of the gutter alternately inside/outside, etc.). They were much bigger than necessary (so they filled with more ice and got extra heavy, causing them to pull away from the house). The bid was reasonable.Then, the workers came when he said they would. They worked till they completed the job. They cleaned up the debris before they left. All in all, Pulse was as good as any contractor we have ever worked with.
