I am paying $15,000 in tuition, ($13,000) out of pocket and not only am I wasting my money, but now I feel that I am in danger on this campus. I am an esthetician student on the campus, and I feel that I am not learning at all. First off, my esthetician teacher is not a licensed esthetician, but she is a cosmetologist, so they can not teach me anything relating to esthetics. The directors at the school are limiting what we can learn. They do not allow us to dispense our own products when we need to practice services. We can not use serums unless we pay for them, even though some facials specifically require them. As a part time student, we are now no longer allowed to have free clients, even though our free clients is how we practice. And as far as campus safety goes, we do not have security, sometimes there is nobody at the front desk during the night program (part time) and recently a student tried to fight me. I do not feel safe on my campus and my directors have not made me feel any better being there. On 7/13/23 a student threatened me multiple times to fight. I do not feel safe on campus, and I can not learn in an environment where I feel that I am constantly in danger. I pay about $1,300 a month and the campus does not have proper equipment to teach us with. Our wax ***** people, our towel warmers do not work, theres only 1 advanced facial machine that all of the students have to share. I pay almost all of my tuition out of pocket and I know that I will not be prepared to take my state board exam. I want a full refund.Business response
