      I just got my insurance card and despite speaking with them and selecting a very specific PCP that they confirmed was in their network, they have assigned some random doctor as my PCP. Why did I confirm that I could stay with my PCP and that she was in network if they were going to do whatever they wanted anyway? They are either incredibly incompetent or simply do not value what individuals on their plan want. I already have zero faith in this dehumanizing insurance. It is clearly not in existence to help people but to deter them from seeking care at all. They should be ashamed of themselves for toying with desperate people.

      I keep speaking to member services almost every day I feel like , and many times when my care coordinator is unavailable they are speaking to her and then she says shes going to get back to me in a few minutes and she never does , only sometimes . In the meantime, Ive been waiting over a month and a half to get back into physical therapy for spine problems and more . It seems like everyones always giving me different answers for the next step and its taking forever now which is making my health issues worse and Im hoping to be able to get back to where we left off over a month and a half ago but Im not sure if thats going to happen as everything is worsening from being withheld treatments that are medically necessary . Its always some huge process just to get a hold of my care coordinator to begin with . I wish there was a direct line or an email that I can have of hers to contact her for a faster response but I guess she cant email me .

      Stop 11 is the worst since Meridian Health took over St. *******. ****, unprofessional, They never answer their phone or return phone calls, hard to get med refills, they always have "Technical issues" My advice is to find providers that care not just out for the money. I give this place a -10

      I've called 5 times this morning. This was my first time calling Meridian. All 5 times each person hung up on me. The calls are recorded. I suggest listening to them to hear how unprofessional these employees are. I seriously need to speak to someone at this insurance company and they seemed uninterested. No one even took time to hear what I was really calling about. As soon as I mentioned medication they'd hang up. What is an insurance company good for if they refuse to speak to you? I'm perplexed. I honestly miss BCBS. This makes me so sad because I'm having serious liver, thyroid and other health issues and insurance plays a huge part in my life right now. I feel they failed me today. Do better Meridian. People depend on you. All I needed was a medication my doctors are trying to get approved for me to help lower my liver enzymes, lower my weight, and manage my type 2 diabetes. Are you ensuring board certified professionals are denying and approving these requests? That's who I asked to speak to today when one person hung up. Healthcare is serious and your employees should take it seriously.

      I was authorized to go to ER while out of state, I was told it would be covered 100% Three medical providers have submitted their invoices to Meridian multiple times, and Meridian keeps claiming they have no record and leave them unpaid to take me to collections. I have contacted Meridian a dozen times over this an East representative, tries to pass the buck or tells you to do something else it doesnt work. Dealing with Meridians BD is enough to give an emotional healthy person a mental breakdown. I am going to switch providers and advise everyone to NOT insure with Meridian

      Lack of car and assistance to assist any client for healthcare. The dental department is horrendously problemed. Good luck on receiving any type of true help and be ready for lazy customer service and dont try to call back because you will start your call all over again while they brush you off again. I can keep going. Just horrible for low income or people in need of health care.

      These guys took my bank account information, provided a guarantee of service, and then backed out of that agreement. I cannot contact anyone with this company's customer service. They are literally stealing $162 out of my checking account every month. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THESE BENEFITS.
